The water park and the pool were amamazing. Alot of things to do in the park. Great location. Staff were exceptional warm, friendly and welcoming. A beautiful place and we will be back but we might stay in a different room. My son and I had an amazing time together. Thank you for helping us create some great and unforgettable memories :)

Facilities were good but a lot of things such as arcade room and laundromat needed coins but there was no access to coin machines or coins after the office had closed. Also, my son and I wanted to ride some bikes which they had for hire. You needed a physical bankcard to use them, which I only had one on my phone. There was a lot of dust near the TV and woke up with a lot of back pain from the bed.

Location excellent. Studio for 2 . Everything you need is here. Upgraded no’ of pillows and bench prep area now. Nice to walk and leave car behind . Asked for 2 side by side for adult son and us a couple = easy . Small but what else do you need. 🙂.

Again just a maintenance issue NOT for house keeping as they do a great cleaning . Just the RUST on shower and a good scrub of bathroom floor tiles and a 10 every time .

The location and closeness to the town centre and beaach

The kitchen space in. The cabin was totally too small.I had to put the microwave in the wardrobe so as to have space to make a cup of tea. There was wasted space to the left of the bench that could be developed. Particularly difficult for my husband who only has one arm and needs to be able to put things down singly. Could do with more hanging rail towel space inthe bath room. A little hills hoisting the gap between the cabins would work well too. Also,no saucepans etc in the camp kitchen so couldn’t use it. Maybe an alternative parking space for when the corellas are in town, though we loved seeing the birds ,just not the mess on the car.

Check in and out was a breeze. The park is well design and very close to main attractions of the district so packing the scooters and bikes was a bonus to get out n about. The staff were friendly and facilities clean and well set up.

The drainage on the bathroom went the wrong way. We needed a mop as water was just being tracked through the unit. Parking is a bit tight with a full car but manageable. 'Out of service' games in the gaming room was a bit frustrating for the kids.

Park was beautiful. Great location. Right on the waterfront which you could easily walk to. Easy walk into town. We stayed in one of the studios which was a lovely little cabin and had everything we needed. Great amenities and activities for the family.

Dishes were still slightly dirty, I had to rewash these myself. Bathroom had something gross looking on the door that hadn't been cleaned. Shower pressure wasn't great. Didn't get great phone reception. There were a lot of kids and families at the park which was expected for the time of year however the kids were riding bikes and scooters all over the roads and had very little road sense it was quite dangerous. A few times we had to quickly stop to make sure we didn't hit one of the kids - riding bikes right behind our reversing car.

Great clean facilities, lots of things to do for families, close to shops.

We didn’t like that we had to park so far away from our room and carry all of our belongings, with small kids it’s a bit difficult to juggle. Other than that it was great. Also our room had a barbecue but no tongs haha so we bought some and left them there.

The cabins are tiny. If you have a suitcase each, there's no room for anything else! They are very cute and comfortable. Over priced but that is the case everywhere in Australia.

You asked about cleanliness, and the room itself was fine except for the floor, and the hard surfaces need more detailed clean and so do the shower doors around the bottom. Attention to detail is not there and it is important to feel you don’t have to wear shoes as soon as you step out of bed.

The lack of cleaner floors.

It was our first time to Victor Harbour and NRMA was a great choice for our little getaway. Location is good, close to everything like supermarkets, restaurants, beach, petrol station. Room (studio) was clean, tidy and big enough for 2 of us to stay in comfortably. We got access to water park but ended up didn’t spend time there.

Compact ,clean bedding , linen, fridge . Quiet . Comfy . Fresh paint . Good to have toaster & microwave.

No dining table or food prep area . Maintenance needed for broken cracked tiling and mouldy grouting . Can’t expect cleaners to do this. Shower screen frame needs replace or rust spray ? Few small items need attention like crockery cupboard bottom strip falling off.
