For personal reasons we self catered for breakfast & went out for lunch. We had several evening meals in the dining room which were excellent..could not fault them. The staff at every level from reception down were courteous and polite and friendly.

We were disappointed at the high price of bottled water. At first we had one night in an apartment room and the sink water quite ok to drink. After moving to our scheduled hotel room the water from the bathroom tap not drinkable (as you would expect) so we lugged water from Woolworths! Also it wasn' possible to contact room service from room 121 and we were told the phone would be repaired ..it wasnt (but it was right at the end of our stay when we notified the dining room staff). This didnt spoil our exceptionally comfortable stay ..I am just giving feedback.

The apartment was very spacious for two friends sharing and had everything we needed for a week's stay visiting Hobart and surrounds. We could walk into the city and enjoy the harbour and seafront with its various attractions, restaurants and cafes. It was all very comfortable and clean. So lovely to have a good restaurant when we didn't fancy venturing out as well.

The spiral staircase up to the second bedroom was a little tricky to navigate. We understood it allowed the addition of a second sleeping space but going up and down in the middle of the night is not ideal. Older or less mobile guests could have a problem with this.

The one bedroom apartment met our needs. It was very clean and quite spacious. The location of the property is ideal as it is close to the shopping precinct, Constitution Dock and the Hospital. Would stay there again however we would prefer a room away from the hospital helipad.

The kitchen could of contained a few more items/utensils. Plastic bowls for preparing food, mittens or something similar as the frying pan has a metal handle. Our room faced the hospital helipad, there were a number of take offs and landings which interrupted our sleep. The first morning we were there a builder commenced work very early using an impact drill outside our window.

The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. The location is very convenient. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Having parking was a plus in deciding to book.

The restaurant was OK but tho staff were lovely it was possibly understaffed. The continental breakfast was not good. The coffee was weak and undrinkable for both of us ( flat white), and the Bircher muesli had a hard piece in it that could break a tooth. Little pastries weren’t great. Our room was not serviced despite leaving a sign outside for several hours ( tho mini bar was replenished)

Loved the location! It was great being able to walk everywhere, especially with a baby. It was also great having the bathroom/ laundry facilities separate to the bedroom as we could use everything without disturbing the sleeping baby. The little balcony was also a nice addition as it allowed lots of fresh air into the room. Room service is also a bonus :)

The apartment didn't have air conditioning in the bedroom which meant the room was quite hot and stuffy in the afternoon when the sun was beating against the window. It made it tricky to put the baby to bed in a stuffy room and the curtains weren't quite blockout. We weren't used to putting the baby to bed in the light (the sun was up until 9pm!) and as it was stuffy we had to keep the door open and try be quiet in the living area. Would be great if there was air con in the bedroom.

Good position near the wharf and Domain . Nice kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal . Dishwasher, wash and dryer great with powder included each day Toiletries were very good and apt cleaned daily . Two TV, comfy bed and separate toilet was really good . Lots of on site parking for $10 was very good value

Too noisy facing north and main road . The two couches were small and had really annoying slippery cushions made of nylon . A small rug would have been nice . Balcony was not usable and leaving door open was too noisy . I suggest you ask for a quiet apt facing south ! King bed would be nice too .

My studio apartment was very well appointed - the kitchenette had everything I needed to prepare meals and the washing machine and dryer in the room were super convenient for a week-long stay. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Location is also convenient - a short walk to the waterfront and into the CBD, with the added convenience of an airport bus stop at the front door. Also plenty of cafes and restaurants, etc in easy walking distance.

My room was at the end of the building facing Macquarie Street, which was a little noisy at times. To be expected given the location and the fact I was working from my room during the day on occasions during the stay. No big deal but next time I might ask for a room on the other side of the building to see if it is a little quieter.

Location. Great bar, restaurant and cleaning staff. We we’re welcomed upon arrival but felt very rushed. The cleaning staff, restaurant staff and bar staff were fantastic BUT on departure the check out was very Ho hum. The person checking us out seemed to not care less. No questions about our stay, no thanking us for staying etc. just took our money and under his breath almost was “have a nice day” we had just spent $2000 in 4 days. I think we warranted a little more enthusiasm. We got mor enthusiasm from the cleaners who were delightful., get your act together Woolstore. Not impressed with your departure staff.

This was a great place to really relax and enjoy your time away. The location is close to loads of restaurants and the museum plus some other historical / notable places which is all walking distance. This accomodation has an amazing restaurant which we went to for dinner and wow! The food was amazing, we went back for the buffet breakfast which was fantastic also. We also enjoyed the movie option which was new to us and a great addition for those who like hanging out for a movie in your room. We ate our delicious dinner and then were able to watch a new movie which was a great way to end the night. Will stay here again!

This was honestly so fantastic of a stay I can’t think of anything to fault it.

Apartment 401 was exceptionally spacious and accommodating for 3 older women. We each had a large separate bed in two rooms, a well appointed bathroom with bath, separate shower, generous handbasin and vanity unit, a toilet included. Also a separate toilet, separate handbasin. A separate laundry from bathrooms. The kitchen was full size, with all we needed. A dining table for 6, and a spacious stylish pair of 2 seater lounges near TV. Room service was quick, and offered a wide variety at reasonable cost. Good security for guests. Great location, only minutes from our Convention and harbourside attractions.
