Very quiet area, nice stuff, near to the bus stop, big room, clean! I loved that there were little milks for coffee in the fridge, also enough instant coffee packages and tea (which i did not use, as a coffee person). Every day they gave me lots of clean towels. There was toaster, water heater, fridge in the room. And I liked, that I got an hour earlier chek-in.

A bit far from the main street, but that was ok, 800 m from beach etc. Also the room was very dark, but this was also no problem. if you wanted the sun, you stepped out. For sleeping the darkness was really nice.

I recently stayed at Brooklands of Mornington and booked 4 rooms (3 family rooms and 1 king single) for my family. We were absolutely impressed! The rooms were amazing—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and comfortable. Everyone in my family agreed this is the best place we've stayed at so far. The pool was the cherry on top, and while we wished it stayed open past 8 PM, it didn’t dampen our experience at all. Parking was convenient, with enough space for all our cars, and the double access to our rooms was a fantastic feature—no need to walk around to reach the cars. The outdoor area was another highlight, especially at night when the soft lighting created such a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Brooklands of Mornington exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The room was the perfect size, it had plenty of room and was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect and not to far away from where we were going.

The only thing my friend and I didn't like was the shower and how to water ran all of the bathroom floor as the shower wasn't enclosed. We had to use the towels, face washers and hand towels to soak up the water and had to contact reception for extra towels as we went through them quickly because of the water situation. We both also nearly slipped a few times because of this. Highly suggest getting the showers fixed to prevent possible injuries.

Brooklands is located within easy walking distance to Mornington Main Street & seafront. There is a Woolworths just down the road. Our studio room was & bathroom were spacious with a small kitchen, the bed was very exceptionally with clean fresh white bedding & 2 comfy pillows. It was also clean & well presented. Ample parking. The pool & jacuzzi were great with plenty of towels & lounges. Staff were super friendly & informative with maps of the local area. Highly recommend this accommodation & will definitely be staying again.

Loved everything.

Very comfortable and clean room which was well maintained. Good spacious and comfortable bed and also some good chairs as an alternative to sit on. Plenty of hangers and closet space. A little kitchenette area if you wished to microwave something or just have a cup of tea. Good split system that was on with a warm room on entry was a nice touch. Plenty of maps and support from staff around local facilities.

I was happy with the accomodation, but if I had to pick one thing I'd say the shower was clean and fine, but with a small shower head and older style was more perfunctory than enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

The peaceful setting of the apartment. Lovely, quiet courtyard facing the creek. Really nice to sit outside and have a coffee listening to birdsong in the morning. The room was very comfortable with lots of room for 3 of us with a toddler. It had an extra single bed which was wonderful. It was a very clean space. Good heating, excellent house keeping service - very efficient in changing bedsheets upon request D our toddler was sick overnight.

We put the beds together but the wheels on the bed have no break so it kept slipping apart. Would have been good to have bathtub in bathroom or slightly bigger shower to accomodate toddler but it wasn’t a problem

The location was very central, Only 4 minutes away from Main Street. 30 mins away from Peninsula Hot Springs 24 mins away from Arthurs Seat Staff were nice, easy and fast check in and check out. A $100 hold was taken on my debit card and returned the next day. Room was spacious, Shower pressure and bathroom space was good. There was a pool and a gym, we unfortunately did not use either as the weather was not good. Overall a lovely stay and would stay again when we are next in Mornington Peninsula.

I liked the size of the room. It was much bigger than I thought. There was plenty of parking. The heater worked really well and there was good insulation so we didn't wake up cold even though the heater was off. The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen had basic needs. I liked the pool aswell. The spa was nice. The changerooms at the gym area were nice though. Would book again as it is close to the shops and places of interest.

The gym however could use some maintenance. There was no treadmill and some of the machines seemed broken.

Room was clean. Huge bed with large bathroom and plenty of space for my 5 night stay. Staff were amazing when I had to extend by a day and didn’t have to change rooms. The spa was clean and warm. The gym was well equiped with showers and clean change areas. Thank you.

The indoor pool wasn’t heated to allow swimming.

As always - our stay at Brooklands was comfortable and very convenient. As previous Mornington residents, we visit q often and Brooklands has been our hotel of choice for many years - as with my parents before us. The rooms are clean and bed very comfortable. The coffee machine is an extra bonus, and the downstairs room with outdoor table was lovely. . Great beach walks nearby, plenty of birdlife, and easy walking access to shopping centre, restaurants etc.

The hotel is feeling a little more run down, shower and hot water not great, and the wifi was very slow - not great from a work point of view. We were travelling for work and stayed for 5 nights, so just a couple of extra kitchen items would have been very helpful and made all the difference eg. a breadboard and sharp knife - I asked about this - but nothing was available and expensive to have to buy our own.
