Cold swimming pool and no Netflix on the TV, but this is really minor. Otherwise everything was great for the motel style.

Location perfect close to two parks, short walk to the shops and the museum and Op Shop. Rooms with tea, coffee, toaster and microwave great for breakfast in bed. Stayed here a couple of times and it's always clean quiet and a lovely break in a beautiful regional township.

Noise from the main road could be loud at night with the trucks passing through however it didn't go too late so overall was not that bad.

The recent improvements to the room were very good and the position of the motel was perfect for my purposes.

Although it wasn’t a major concern, I ended up having to park out on the street because there wasn’t enough room in the compound. This was due to a full house and some careless parking by some guests.

Our host was great and gave us an upgrade, which was great as we were staying for three nights. Very friendly too. We had a lovely sized room with a couch and a small kitchenete and a decent sized bathroom. Aross the road you're at the park (great for young children). A little further on and you have the small shopping centre and a selection of pubs to choose from. There's also another park undergoing works and a lovely area to sit and relax across from the hotels. Will definitely stay there again.

I was expecting our bed to be made each day and replishments to our supplies, but I think because of Covid perhaps, this is not done on a daily basis anymore. It wasn't a big deal, unless you're a big coffee drinker, but I brought along some of my own anyway.

Convenience from the main st. Close to family and suited our needs for a couple of days.

Only an exhaust fan in the bathroom… not a big thing. External from the property, the dog next door that woke us all up at 5:30 each morning… but you can’t really control that.

Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful. Great advice about where to eat and what.to see. If ever you are near Rocsster you will be surprised by all the things to see and places to see.. The Rochester Motel is a great place to say. Rerember to make the most of your Rochester experience if you have the time book for more than a night.

Very clean and tidy room with fresh fittings and carpets. Linen was nice and the beds comfortable. Small room with everything you would expect in a motel.

Pool wasn’t in order but not a big deal.

The beds were super comfortable. Staff were lovely Very clean. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Such a beautiful town we the most lovely welcoming people. The kids also loved the pool

Very friendly and helpful staff and a clean and comfortable room. heater kept us warm during a cool night and the wifi service was great. A nice short walk to the Main Street past the stunning silo art with nice options for breakfast and dinner.

The shower was a little old with not great water pressure, and there was quite a bit of traffic noise (trucks) throughout the night.
