Hosts and staff lovely. Room very clean and comfortable. Set in a lovely and tranquil garden. Saw lots of king parrots. Aroma of fragrant flowers and a nice water feature. Close to Busselton central. Was perfect for some much needed R&R. Excellent value for money. Loved the welcome package of fresh fruit and chocolate.

Slight leak in the fridge but no biggie. Everything else great.

Amazing value compared to everything else in town and for location. It’s 2-3km outside of the central jetty hub which is actually nice to be away from the crowd. Quick 5 mins drive and you’re at the jetty. Spacious room, clean, comfortable and little tea/ coffee making station. Lisa and her partner were friendly to greet and the check in process was easy. Had a lovely bowl of fruit and chocolate during our stay. Will stay again if we’re down south!

The wattlebird room was spacious & very comfortable & clean. There was plenty of storage space & a small hanging robe area. The kitchen area was well equipped, as was the bathroom. It was quiet & surrounded by beautiful gardens. Daniel & Lisa were very welcoming & accommodating. It’s ideally situated for visiting Busselton & surrounding area.

It would have been useful to have a chopping board & sharp knife as part of the kitchen equipment.

Lisa and Daniel were wonderful hosts who made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the chance to talk to them and appreciated the help they gave us. The room was clean and comfortable with dishes we could use for breakfast and there was an outside sitting area in their beautiful garden. This was a perfect location to allow us a short drive to Perth the next day. If we ever return to Busselton, we definitely will stay here.

Perfect location slightly out of the cbd, so not next to a road, which was a bonus! The units are down the bottom of an established garden where you can bird watch and see the ring tailed possums. Idyllic. Hosts were polite and friendly, and the room was modern, clean, and well provisioned (thank you!). Air con was welcome.

A bug screen on the door might be good as we had it open a little bit (not sure if it's possible to fit). Sometimes, the owner walked past the unit rather than going around, so make sure you are fully clothed or have the curtains closed!!

Located in a beautiful neighborhood and garden. Very peaceful and private. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and gave us great information on what to do in the area.

As a B&B I had expected breakfast. The fruit bowl was great. A cutting board would have been nice.

Did not have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast at the property, had to leave early, change of plans; maybe next time ;o)

The bar fridge was a bit noisy overnight. The bed was inner sprung and a bit noisy. The overall vibe of the property was lovely and tranquil. Air conditioner was comforting in the heat of the day. Shower pressure was great, hot and strong.

We provided our own breakfast but the host provided all necessary utensils and facilities to provide our own light breakfast. Room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Outside the gardens are well kept very picturesque and provided a real sense of tranquility.

Don’t really have any criticism.

The room was wonderful with all amenities and every effort taken to accommodate and make the guests comfortable, Thank you You have a beautiful garden and even Possums are protected here 😊 The icing on the cake is Lisa and family … Thank you for all your help and warm welcome and every little and big thing you do to make us feel at home .

Quiet, location, on the outskirts of Busselton. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Bar fridge. Window sliding door privacy decal is a great idea. It is located at the back of a residential house, so just be a little noise respectful.
