The location was second to none! You can roll out of bed to the beach and shops! Check in/out process was super smooth and simple! Although basic the apartments have everything we would need staying short term. Off street parking was available first come first served which was a great perk in the busy area! I am extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be returning!

Although I was completely prepared that the accommodation was very basic and “not fancy” the apartments are in need of cosmetic repair inside and out and (we were made well aware before staying) the lack of wifi is tricky but manageable for a short term stay with a hotspot. The only other negative I could fault was the lack of mirrors, only one large bathroom mirror, if I’m being picky I would love one more full length mirror in the bedrooms!

I really liked staying at this hotel. The check-in was easy and quick. The room was comfy and had everything I needed. It was clean and quiet, which was nice. The hotel is also close to the beach, which I loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a calm place near the beach

While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, there were a few small issues. There was no WiFi, which was inconvenient. Also, the fridge door didn’t close properly and it would leak if you didn’t notice it was ajar. These were minor problems, but they could be improved

So close to main strip … it was not 5 star it is budget accommodation but very clean very safe and had everything I needed… I got there very late due to plane delays and was easy to find easy to get key from lock box … it was well lit … smelled a little musty but that was due to cold wet weather and not in high season so probably not used very often …

They could put a shower caddy in the bathroom over the shower head for your shampoo etc , can be picked up cheap and no insulation needed… the tiles in the shower a bit slippery

It's basic accommodation but everything you need is provided. It was clean neat and tidy. Yes it's not new or modern but you can be comfortable in these appointments. The communication on entry was great. Its in a great walking distance to food, shops, the beach and night-life.

I couldn't get the heater to work, but that could have been me. It's just a little tired.

My third time Cara lovely and willing to acomodated my needs if in her power to do so good price for a two bed apartment it is in need of some TLC but love the white sheets white paint new blinds throughout could do with another lounge ad it's sleeps four people and only has a two seater loung it's simple but caters for the needs of it's occupants parking good

Can be noisy due to traffic lights out front on main road noisy motet bikes when tragic light goes green it has security screens but windows don't lock I felt it smelt like cigarette smoke I was in room 2 this time

Fantastic location, so close to Scarborough beach. Beds were really comfortable. Basic apartment but all you really need. Clean and tidy. Cara was so friendly and helpful- thank you.

Nothing we didn’t like but we would have loved a clothes horse to hang damp towels/clothes especially after the beach.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and suited our needs perfectly.

The only negative I could possibly have is that there was only one pillow per person. We made do and it didn’t affect our stay but just a heads up for others you may wish to bring a pillow with you if you use more than 1 normally.

The property is in the perfect location, so close to the beach and shops. The price point for what you get was fantastic because the apartment is spacious and and clean

The only compliant i would have is that the beds look to be almost older than I am. If you just put some money toward new comfy beds for your guests then i couldn't fault the stay for the price.

Easy and close access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Kitchen basic but adequately stocked with equipment to prepare meals. Good sized bathroom Apartment was very clean.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Having another garbage bin liner would be advantageous for people staying a few days.

Accommodation was old but clean and spacious. The location was a winner - one block from the Scarborough beachfront! Reasonably close to city centre. Management was friendly, helpful and non-intrusive.
