Everything. Beautiful hotel, stylish and clean. Amazing location with stunning views and a pond with fairy lights around. A relaxing beer garden at the front with tables under mature deciduous trees. Huge terrace with fantastic views of the snow-capped peaks. Quiet location but close to the Landeck town. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. So much attention to detail. Great food and ice cream desserts. Friendly and welcoming staff. Many beautiful walks and a swim lake very close to the hotel. Sitting area in the room and, of course, outstanding view from the balcony.

That I had to leave. It would be a fantastic place for a longer holiday.

Beautiful location, next to a small pond and half way up a mountain. Lovely forested walks on the doorstep. Classic, traditional Alpine hotel with loads of character and charm. Friendly and helpful staff. I had the half board option and the evening meal each night was delicious and extremely varied. Fantastic! My bedroom was simply decorated, but the bed extremely comfortable . The water pressure and water temperature in the shower great. My room was extremely quiet. The WiFi generally worked well. Overall a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Breakfast could do with some variety each day; especially in the hot dishes department. Wish I had been given a Tirol West Card on arrival. It would have saved me quite a bit of money on the local buses. Just remember that this hotel is in a remote area above Lamdeck. It's a steep 25 minutes walk from the church. Easy doing downhill, exhausting (for me) going up.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We booked on a half-board basis and were amazed at the number of courses for the evening dinner as well as the variety and excellent standard of food. Exceptional value. Our room overlooked the hotel lake. It was a large room with a balcony and very well-equipped. 180 degree view of the mountains. Adele is a very efficient and friendly hostess, speaks perfect English, and is always on hand for assistance. The restaurant and bar staff are welcoming and professional. Couldn't find fault. There is much of interest to see in the area and we can't wait to return.

Exceptional stay. The room was immaculate, and the unique dining experience at your restaurant was a highlight. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail made my visit memorable. Additionally, the convenient location proved to be a significant advantage for accessing nearby ski resorts.

The hotel is located in the middle of nature, with one lake just outside the hotel an another at 2 minutes walking distance. The views from that area are beautiful. The hotel has free own parking. Rooms are renovated in wooden mountain style. Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable and quiet. Sofa was a plus. Half pension includes salad buffet and 3 more courses, started, main and dessert. Very creative and delicious. Breakfast is a rich buffet and includes eggs in different cooking ways..Staff at the terrace and for dinner were really kind, friendly and efficient. It offers walking possibilities although do not expect them flat. Beautiful Landeck is reachable by car in 2 minutes and by walking. The spa had a Finnish sauna, a Turkish steam bath, a mild sauna, a little walking path for the feet and relaxing area with water mattress, all in traditional style

The spa was not fully available the second day of the stay, due to power reasons. Also the second day, there was not cooked eggs under demand, only boiled eggs. Being the last day of season, and being not many in the hotel, it could have been the reason. But the price of the rooms were not lower due to end of season. So this little point was giving us a bad closing taste.

A nice Quiet mountain retreat. Nice big breakfasts. Near by hiking and skiing. People were friendly and the spa room was big and great after doing sports all day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and spa area are delightful and comfortable. The food and buffet were excellent. It's agreat place to relax.

It's about €20 from the village to the location (5min drive), so not ideal if you're not travelling in your own car.

Everything - the easy booking, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the views from the hotel, the room facilities, were all excellent.

At the end of a sinuating mountain road which doen't seem to end, one discovers this somewhat majestic chalet. The small pond in front and the small lake behind serve to increase freshness in the air. Natural aeration, also at night! Our room with balcony opened up stunning mountain views. It was large, with separate coach, and toilet separate from bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were served in a sizable booth, just reserved for the two of us. The staff were not only kind and helpful. They were always ready to do more....

The assortiment in the breakfast buffet could have been more extended. Yet, there was enough room to move around and feel safe in these Covid-times.

Hotel is in a convenient location for my ski trip and the staff were very friendly.

I couldn't fault the hotel or the facilities.
