The staff was absolutely PERFECT! We were traveling with 2 children and they provided everything we needed for them during our stay! They provide great strollers for using in the snow and also there were several options of sleds and shovels! My 2 year old loved them! I was also pleased to know they offer those hiking backpacks to carry children! They are huge to carry around! There's a great playroom for children! we also chose having breakfast and the breakfast was delicious! Leo and Larissa were very helpful! The location is ideal for Lech...Close to the supermarket and also to the lifts, bus and taxi stops. We are definitely returning next year!

I wish the tidying up the room was a little more neat, specially regarding the kitchen. The cleaning service does not seem to include cleaning the dishes/putting dishes on the dishwasher or emptying the dishwasher... For the rate available I would expect such a thing! Also, I would have preferred having a card to access the room instead of a key!

Breakfast was excellent. Spa was excellent. Swimming pool was clean and great for kids to play but too small to swim for an adult. Tea and coffee facilities available all day in the lobby.

Swimming pool was too small for adult swimming. Nothing for people who don't like to ski except the spa.

Breakfast was good but could have had more options. Rooms were very clean. Plenty of storage for clothing if needed. Great location to ski lifts and ski rental. Could walk lots of places. Beautiful town. Enjoyed the pool and sauna one evening. Could have spent more time there but so much to do in the area.

Lovely apartment, great location near the town and slopes, good ski facilities, very comfortable stay, all pre-stay inquiries answered quickly and efficiently.

We would have liked a slightly bigger kitchen (but it was as advertised) and the towels were a little on the small side.

The rooms and property are lovely and comfortable. And there are so many fun things for kids to do right there. We wish we could have stayed for longer and would love to come back!

staff were friendly and helpful. very well situated and very well appointed with good facilities and extras such as buggies and toboggans to borrow. made our visit that much easier with young children. breakfast offer is good, typical Austrian fare. all in all a very good apart-hotel in the centre of Lech.

Filomena has an excellent, peaceful location by the river in the center and close to the ski lifts. Cross country tracks start right next to the hotel.
