Barbara was lovely and a fantastic host. The hotel was well kept and served a fine breakfast. The rooms were a little old fashioned, but very spacious and great for a couple nights stay.

The sediment in the water from the taps was very evident and I wouldn't recommend drinking. The pathway to the local bus stop into Murau is a little tricky, especially in the early mornings when it is dark and there is black ice, so be careful if solo travelling.

Friendly host and housewife and homely atmosphere in general. Plus the extra service by providing quality binocular for comet watch each evening!!!

Great value for money, nice location for skiing in Murau. The host was very nice and attentive, always kind and helpful. It was a clean place with comfortable beds. Definitely recommend it!

Wow! Where do I start… The communication was easy and fast despite it being a last minute booking. The check-in was easy, too. The room was great and as shown in photos. It was super clean, too. The bed was super comfy, the bedset was cotton, the pillows and duvets were down filled (it is a rare find, as accommodation usually uses cheap plastic ones which I cannot stand), so I had an amazing sleep. The air was fresh and no mozzies, it was very quiet, too, so we could keep the window open all night. We had a nice breakfast, too. The place feels like home, plus the family who owns the guesthouse are very sweet and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate us and help us. I really appreciate everything they did. The whole experience was beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay there again.

Our room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very nice and friendly, helped us in everything. When we arrived, our room was a little bit cold, but after we told to the owner, she corrected it soon.

It was an absolute amazing stay. Feeling home away from home but with a breathtaking view. The host deserves a gold medal for her warmth and kindness. We will come back for sure!

The accommodation reminded me of my childhood. The rooms were small but very cozy. The house is located in a very picturesque place surrounded by mountains with a lake nearby. The hostesses were nice and animal-friendly. It was a good decision to stay there.
