The overall cleanliness, the children's playground and some other details are really great. The staff becomes simpathic in a few days as you get confortable, don't judge everything too soon until you acommodate totally. Some practical things like bikes/skiis store exist. Also, Jocker card that you get is a must here. I don't even know how I would move arround without it in surrounding resorts, where to park etc. so this card is maybe a half of the whole value if you use it alot.

There are a few itches which are not actually critical, so it is a decent hotel, however the one the person who does the marketing does it very good so it does look greater in the photos than it is. Still it is'nt in any way bad and it is not a bad decision to visit. It is not in the centre of the village like some other, you'll have to travel by a car or free bus (with jocker card)

The room was big enough for our group, it was very clean, new towels and toilet paper were changed every day, the cleaning staff came every day. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very polite, very helpful and we felt very comfortable in this hotel. The breakfast buffet is very varied, you can find anything you want. After skiing, you can refresh yourself in the bar with an after-ski snack. Dinner was delicious and tasty. Access to the ski area is easy, from the hotel's garage, and this fact adds to the value of the comfort. Thank you for making us feel comfortable during our stay.

The location is fantastic, close to nature. The staff is friendly. The room is clean and big enough for two. The breakfast is fantastic, and wide range offered. Diner portion is not very big, but there is a 4 course menu, but it's very delicious, and also there is a salad. If you bring your bike there is facility to store and to clean your bike. Joker card is provided by hotel that offers unlimited usage of gondolas during your stay, and 2 times a day usage with bike. Sauna is great, opening hours could be longer

The staff was exceptional. We lost our car keys and the staff was extremely helpful. We were able to find them.

I wish there would be better explanations on how skiing works in the area. Especially since we had small kids who did not know how to ski. We would have stayed closer to the kid's ski school. They were very kind and inviting to children.

Lovely welcome from reception including a glass of iced tea on arrival. Excellent food choices available. Delicious food every day. Daily Specials at breakfast eg. smoothies, rice pudding, salmon were a nice touch. Manager always offered us an English menu for dinner at breakfast time which was helpful and much appreciated. Evening meals for adults were delicious and high quality. All staff spoke English which we appreciated as our German isn’t very good! Small touches such as a bag of towels that you can use outside of the hotel eg. at a spa. Location next to bus stop is useful for those who want to travel without a car. Lots of activities available within 15 mins of hotel. Our suite was very spacious and the outdoor terrace was lovely to sit on. Even though the hotel is close by a road, there was minimum noise due to the hotel’s elevated position. Our stay was nice and quiet.

Children’s food was limited to only one choice in the evening. Greater choice is perhaps needed here even if it is one meat and one vegetarian dish. Although we slept well, the the main bed ought to have been better quality in comparison to the high quality of the other fixtures in the room.

Room was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The kitchens Chef, Mantzis John and the rest of the people working at the hotel, made our stay a memorable experience. Food is so delicious. Excellent location for ski in ski out, next to lift and ski passes can be purchased at the reception.

Sauna was a bit crowded.

breakfast was sensational every day! We had half board included in our reservation and it was well and truly worth it!

The only thing I didnt like was that often the hot water wasn't hot yet, so it wasn't possible to make my morning tea

The breakfast is delicious, the range is wide. The staff is refilling everything that has been consumed. The portion of the diner could be increased however it's also fine. The parking lots has a roof, so in case of rain you can carry your luggage without getting soaking wet. The view from the room is fantastic, the forest and hill is almost a touch away. Center of Hinterglemm is only 3.5 km away, the room is silent, the noise of the "river" is acceptable. You have an option to wash your bike, make sure you have all the esentials (brushes, liquids), but the place, holder and water is provided. The bike can be put into the "skiraum".

The cost of the drinks are similar to other hotels, however it was a surprise that I was charged for the tap water, and it was expensive.. The speed of the internet could be improved. Make sure you collect your joker card at reception during checkin so you can enjoy it's benefits.

Fantastic location Great view

My sister's initial room, despite mountain view booked, had a view of the fire escape and car park. Hotel sorted it. Bad info from booking.com. Also website charged us twice for the same room. Customer service has been awful/useless. Will not use this site again unless sorted pronto but no sign of that!

Excellent location for ski in, ski out next to the lift. Comfortable rooms, and dining area.

15 Euro parking fee is requested tp park in hotel's garage. However, there is a free valet service to park free of charge in a parking area outside the hotel.
