We made a late online booking and even though we were arriving after the hotel's "official check-in" time, the staff called us to say they will arrange access for us afterhours. We also asked if it is possible to have a couple of beers waiting for us in the room - lo and behold there was a bucket full of ice with beers put in our room. Room was spacios, clean, well equipped, super comfortable. Hotel itself is absolutely lovely. Breakfast was amazing.The staff is friendly, most helpful : the lady at the reception was asking us which direction we are taking to continuo our travel and then proceeded to check live webcams and road info to provides us with the most recent status update. Hotel's location is superb too. I can only speak in superlative terms about the hotel.

Double room on the 3rd floor was really comfortable and had a fascinating view. Excellent choice and quality of both hot and cold food offered for breakfast. Location is central. Cozy furnishing. Professional and nice personnel.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe it would be easier to find one's breakfast table if one did not need to walk around all about five rooms in the restaurant until one finds the one assigned and marked by a card with the name - it could be told before the first breakfast. Swimming pool not pleasant for elderly when children keep jumping into it. All room facilities listed on booking.com except the coffee machine are there in the room..

I totally enjoyed my stay and the staff did a great job helping it to be relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent and a great value for the money. The view was gorgeous. I just wish we could have stayed for 3 nights instead of 1. The pool, sauna's, and steam room were fantastic.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was really nice! From bartenders to cleaning personel, all had just one goal: helping us and make us feel welcome. The sauna was great, swimmingpool fantastic and the food (breakfast and dinner) was very good!

All was great. It is a little bit far from Salzburg but that is perception.

The room is not like in the pictures, it was more a 3 stars than 4 stars. The room was not cleaned completely everyday, we didn't have shower gel in all the 4 days of our staying.

Breakfast was ample and good quality. The room was good with a good balcony. Bathing facilities were good.

It is a pity that the beds are all double,it would be good to be able to split the bed to make two singles to avoid having to use a "made up bed" in the sitting room.

Everything! Been loving the place since our first visit back in 2008. Great to see that they keep expanding their offers and that I was able to use their charging station (especially delighted that I incurred no additional cost) for charging my car. Arrived after hours, but check in smooth as it's very nicely organized. Very generous buffet breakfast with ample healthy choices. I now look forward to our next visit on our way back from the Mediterranean.

In the centre of the village. Hotel personel perfect. They opened the sauna and the pool just for us. Food was tipical enough and different everyday.

Great hotel, i recommend the stay there to everyone. Beautiful rooms, very comfy and quite large. Very nice staff, always kind and helpful. Great variety of food for breakfest and very stylish dinners. And you can have as much desserts as you can eat! (or you can go explore other restaurants around, just take a short walk) Also perfect place for going to ski, 5 ski centers in 20minutes ride around so you can go easily every day to another place. For the closes ones you can use free bus which has station right in front of hotel. And definitely try the great swimming pool with view on mountains around.

Ample quality breakfast. Room was accessed easily by lift and well fitted and heated, you had to accept 3X lots of church bells from 7am! Dinner was either a la carte or a buffet style eat as much as you like. Quality and service was immaculate.

A sign or bell on the rear door would have avoided me wasting 4 hours trying to gain access initially as I appeared to unknowingly have approached the hotel from the rear.
