Everything was GREAT. We were traveling through 3 different countries on the same day as we were going to check in which meant we were going to check in between 17-18. We got the info that there is no "working reception" after 15 but that would not be a problem for us to check in. But as we approached I called and they told me there would be someone there to meet us so we were so thankful that they actually wanted to greet us in person even if they didn't need it. Everything was great, the room, the breaksfast. But the best thing was the bed and the pillows. I have never slept so good at a hotel. THANK YOU

The best part of the hotel is the staff, they are always smiling, cultured, friendly and helpful. All my compliments to the staff. The breakfast is quite good, the breakfast area is very nice with a view of the mountains and ski slopes. The only thing missing is bottles with natural water and sparkling water, my recommendation is to put them for breakfast. Excellent view of Schladming from the hotel.

pretty new, equipped

it’s a kitchenette appartment, but no kitchen towels, dishwasher - no tablets, coffeemachine - no capsules, bathroom - only soap. it would have been nicer - should they say beforehand that they are equipped but do not provide any supplies for the equipment basically it’s too far for the planai. 25min up the hill along the road with super small pedestrian way. with skis/boots/helmets looks impossible. bus goes every hour, till 17 approx.

The hotel is located a little outside the main part of the city, so it's peaceful with a spectacular view to the mountains. The staff was really nice and smiley and provided all information we needed. There are 2 parking lots, so you should always find space for the car. The hotel is located on a hill, roughly 15min walking distance to the main part of the city. The beds were just the way we like them. The hotel and the room were clean. Also the breakfast was nice, with even some vegan options available. If we're in the area again, we'd gladly return.

The bathroom shows minor signs of wear. The toilet and the bathroom are split, but it seems the ventilator in the bathroom works only when the light in the toilet is on, which is only sensor triggered. Anyway, nothing that would really bother us.

The booking and staff was very flexible, officially the reception closes at 5 pm. but we received the keys in a key box (it's next to the main entrance) when we arrived at 7 pm. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will be back next year

Everything, particularly the friendliness and the breakfast were great.

The room was quite cold overnight even though I was covered by the blanket and the radiator was turned on. It might have been just a thing in the room which I stayed but if I was staying longer, I would need to request a thicker duvet.

Nice room with a lot of wood interior. Nice bathroom. Large breakfast area where all the people fit in the morning when in hurry for skiing. Safe parking space available. Stuff of hotel was very nice.

Area for the skies and snowboard was very small and did not feel safe to leave there skies and snowboard. But it was not a big deal :-)

breakfast was very good (nothing to complain about and cannot say wow (extraordinary)), very friendly staff, facilities were good (dry room for skis and boots), location is good, public bus in front of the hotel

People, they are very cold...I was in the reception to see in wich room i will stay, I asked 1 guy from the resto, he told me the reception is closed et he went,,, any help !!!

Hearty breakfast, friendly staff, lovely view of town / mountains.

Long walk to town. Overcrowded ski bus that sometimes didn't stop.
