Our five night stay was lovely. We liked that the hotel is located near Schönbrunn palace, you can walk to the gardens. It is also nicely connected to Hietzing station where you can get to central Vienna. We enjoyed that the hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our arrival and also to leave our bags before our train connection.

The property has stairs to the second floor, which should be noted. Although there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and central Vienna, the hotel does not offer breakfast. The staff is lovely and helpful, easy to communicate through Booking.com but no formal reception - though the staff is extremely responsive.

Very friendly staff - the place is run with a limited number of people, but response to digital communication is excellent and very swift, so it still feels someone is available all the time. They were very helpful with a request to put some icepacks in the freezer (the room has a refrigerator, but no freezing compartment). Excellent English too. Modern rooms, decently furnished, the place felt like brand new - and is. The location is extremely convenient, a mere 100m from Heitzing U-bahn station (which means all Vienna's highlights can be reached within 20 minutes and one transfer, and most of it in just 10 mins without transfer). One can take a pleasant stroll in Schönbrunn park (free entrance just 200m away, with a bakery in between).

Very little. The airco software was work in progress, so it was either on or off, but no doubt that will be sorted soon.

A really stunning experience while just searching for a plain place to sleep. The general ambiance, furniture and thematic decorations were simply stunning and that is what makes this place not only a simple hotel, but an epic work of art. Perfectly clean, fresh, neat, nice. The integrated smart controls were exceptional, among with the endless selection of web radios. The furniture is sleek, modern, minimal and fully functional. Overall: Good location, not close to city center, but close to the subway and to the Schonbrunn gardens. Large room. New, or at least very well maintained furniture and bathroom. State-of-the art "smart home" system.

While I'm used to the busy city environment and I didn't mind the traffic, despite the excellent soundproofing, those looking for a forest retreat should look elsewhere because outside there is very heavy traffic - cars, trucks, buses and subway - all day and all night.

The aesthetic of the room was very nice and clean. Good value and all the instructions and information you recieved in advance were very easy to follow. Room was nice and clean when I arrived. Nice bathroom. Also the light panel was easy to use.

The room I stayed in could use better curtains or the option to fully close the shutters. And the option during booking(or I may have missed it) to maybe select a type of pillow you would like. In a normal hotel you could ask for it. Since this hotel is run mostly autonomous it could help with preparing the room for you in advance if you can select an option: would you like a different type of pillow. Long story maybe to tell that the pillows were a little too soft for my liking. But I still slept great.

It was a delightful pleasure to return to this exceptional property, this time for a 7 night stay. Having experienced a perfect 10 stay, my expectations were already high. And once again, Sissi West exceeeded them with flying colours. Everything related to the room, hotel placement was great. We've stayed in Vice room and it was wonderful, very clean, i could say exceptionally. It so close to the subway on the direct line to the center of Wien. The only thing that could be improved was the private parking, in the sense it was a bit pricy and i think cheaper alternatives can be found in the parking garages nearby. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We loved our stay in a newly renovated, modern, bright and big room on the ground floor, decorated in a Scandinavian, minimalist style and with a comfy bed, a small table and a chair The checkin by code and online information (there is no reception or staff in the building; all information and tips for the district given online were more than sufficient for us; cleaning service has to be requestes) was easy. The tablet control for the room was great and the wifi has a very good quality, too; A kettle/tea and coffee machine (capsule) are available. The location is good (close to the city centre by subway) and the big street in front of the buidling was not too loud due to the very good windows.

Only as a side note, since individual preference: We have to join in mentioning the pillows :) — which are very soft („zerruptft“). Guests sensitive to noise: we recommend you ask/book a room on the upper levels. In the thee rooms situated on the ground level (as in most buildings above the underground sysems) you can very mildly hear the subway u4, which did not bother us since it is really very mildly.

what i liked the most is the exceptional charm of the place, the room was so tastefully decorated, and the building itself so beautiful, it has been fully renovated, with goût and style. the room was simply gorgeous! Also the place is very quiet while ideally located very close to the metro stop.

what i liked less is the fully automated system to access the building, but this said the hotel staff was super helpful and available when needed, so that was not an issue at all.

This was a lovely stay, everything just went very well. The owners are very responsive via messaging, the check-in and check-out processes are very smooth and the rooms are lovely! I love all the smart controls, and the bed was super comfy. Location is super convenient, you're right next to a metro station on a very useful line and you can walk right into the massive Schonbrunn gardens.

The only things I have to remark is that slightly softer towels and an extra set of medium size ones (additional to the current large and small) would be great to have, along with a pair of glasses in the room (drinking water from a mug is a bit weird). Those are really the only remarks I have so overall it's just excellent.

We were delighted by the elegant room provided during our stay, featuring modern amenities and a charming balcony with a picturesque view for enjoying breakfast. The integrated tech, including the speaker system and centralized lighting control, added convenience and really impressed us. The hotel's prime location near the castle made sightseeing and dining easy. Travel connections to the city were extremely close which was convenient. The helpful staff enhanced our experience, very sweet and polite and answered any questions that we had quickly. We came late to the hotel at night, on the check in date, after the check in time and we were reassured it was okay. We would both love to stay at the hotel again in the future and recommend the hotel and the room to more tourists looking to stay in Vienna.

Everything was excellent.
