Great location and free parking. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the city center and its very easy to get to and from the hotel. Breakfast was modest but sufficient. My room had a nice view of the mountains, and the bed was comfortable. Would book again if needed.

There was a not too loud humming noise, probably from the ventilation in the bathroom that was constantly on. Not a problem when you fall a sleep, but if you need complete silence to fall a sleep, this might be an issue. It wasnt a big problem for me.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the railway station, even on foot, and also to bus stops if you are thinking about visiting the outer parts of the city or the inner city. Kerstin was at the front desk on the day of my arrival and she is an absolutely wonderful and kind host, who made me feel absolutely welcome. The room is nice and clean and very practical, perfect for its value. The place is also pleasantly quiet. I would absolutely recommend it.

It should be indicated that towels and even a hairdryer are provided in the rooms (I could not see these listed but how great!).

Self check-in was easy. Room was well prepared for us. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was tasty.

As it was transfer hotel for our trip to Slovenia we had some food and drinks with us and would appreciate, if there was at least small fridge available. The hotel cleaning staff came to our room twice before check out time (11:55AM) to check, if we are gone already. I understand they usually have limited time to clean all the rooms, but the hotel was not overcrowded and this was a bit stressful. We left the room at 12AM exactly.

the hotel was perfect, and we just booked on the same day spontaneously. It was convenient because cancellation is allowed before 6pm the same day. It was perfect, in case we decide to cancel our trip. we had a family room, 1 double bed and a bunk bed for the 2 kids. we didnt take breakfast because we had to leave very early the next day.

nothing, it was perfect for our requirement. the hotel is very simple but complete amenities needed for a 1 night stay.

Great value-for-money hotel, centrally located (just 10 walking minutes from Villach city center), easy access, free parking facilities, comfy beds, useful vending machines in the lobby. Lots of supermarkets and gas station just around the corner. Rooms are quiet and noise-proof. Firm Wi-Fi connection with easy access. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Just a minor issue, I personally do not like rooms with carpeting (guests could suffer from allergies and the floor can't be very clean)

Breakfast is good, everything is clean. Towels and shower are great, bed also.

It says there is storage for ski equipment but there is not, and also heating in room is on one air condition so there is no place that you can put wet gloves

They charged for a very small dog despite he slept in his bag and we only checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 7:30 am

Typical, generic chain hotel - everything was smooth, the room was clean, the staff ok. The center is a 15 minute walk away, there is a big grocery store just across the street.

The AC was turned on so high that we were freezing in our room in the middle of summer.

Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was great, lots of food to choose, location good 15-20 min walk to center, staff very polite, everything in hotel eco friendly and recyclable. Def recommend
