Everything was good at the property no complaints at all.

I was scammed by the tour packages. I requested the hotel to arrange a tour of specific places and agreed to pay 150 Manat after the reception confirmed. However, the person designated for the tour didn't take us to any of the places, wasting my last day in Baku. I ended up not seeing anything despite waiting, and the individual didn't fulfill the agreed-upon tour. The manager, a lady at the time, was indifferent and rude. I could have used a Bolt ride and finished it for only 35-50 Manat. Unfortunately, I couldn't speak to the sales manager or obtain a partial refund until the end.

The location is percet - you can reach every major sight by Bolt in mere minutes for a ridiculously cheap price. The staff is incredible - the manager, Mr. Aqshin and the chef were truly amazing. They really are above the average hotel staff. Mr Aqshin helped us organizing our trips and Mr Chef always provided us fresh and delicious dishes. The buffet breakfast is really nice and it has a wide selection of traditional and international dishes, both cold and hot. The room is huge, it consisted of 3 separate areas - the living room, the bathroom and the enormous bedroom. The rooms are also well-equipped. The overall state of the hotel is satisfying and there are nice facilities like a swimming pool, a night club and a gym. Kudos to Mr. Aqshin and Mr. Chef - they made our stay memorable!

The daily cleaning could've been more thorough, we were left without TP several times and the shower wall wasn't always cleaned. However the overall state of the hotel is really clean.

Had a small delay while checkin , so they provided us with special fruit basket to compensate that time🤩. allover i would give a 10 star ⭐️ rating for the hotel!Special thanks to Agshin he helped us a lot throughout our stay! Hotel staff and hotel manager was helpful, friendly and provided an excellent service throughout our stay. Room was clean and well equipped. We ordered airport transfer which was perfectly managed for our group. There is a non stop shop opposite to the hotel.

Only one minor thing for breakfast, the selection of sliced ham could be wider. Everything else was nice.

I was staying in this hotel for a week and I’m really happy with it. My room was spacious and clean. Staff in the hotel was always friendly and helpful. The location is also great, there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes around, and it’s easy to reach the major attractions by the cab. So I would highly recommend this place!

For this amount of money it is a great location to stay. not in the center of the city, but also not so far. the cost of the taxi is nothing

To be honest, everything was okay. the breakfast could be a bit more continental for me, maybe others like it more.
