Simple but clean and organized as we requested especially the newly vacuum cleaned room with fresh towels and beddings. The staff are welcoming and most of our requests were attended well during our stay. Hoping still the same the next time we book again.

The smell of the AC was not good, it was musty and has like pee smell so we tried to diffuse peppermint so we could stay and we also left open the exhausts of the toilets to vent out the smell.

The hotel exceeded every expectation I had based on other hotels I had previously stayed at in Manama. The rooms were huge, I was so impressed. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms (the power of the shower) were brilliant. I was so happy and absolutely agree it was value for money.

I could be wrong, but it didn't appear to have any breakfast options - but again, this could just be something I might have missed and not asked about.

This is my second time staying at the Jewel hotel. The reception staff are friendly and check in and check out was quick. Room is great, you get a lot of space and facilities for what you are paying, although the kitchen is half useless since there are no plates, utensils or working stove. You still get to use the fridge and microwave I guess. Shower is great with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. Parking is good. No complains at all and a great value for the money.

There's nothing i didn't like, but this hotel may not be for everyone as it has some nightlife venues and might be noisy at times. This wasn't a problem for me and the noise isolation is decent.

Room, beds etc, all great. Free upgrade received. Huge room/suite with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate bedroom and living area! Breakfast rich and varied. Staff friendly!

Bars on the ground floor unfortunately with unbearably loud music. Going to the bars unthinkable due to the volume. Music from 10 o'clock in the evening until at least 2 o'clock at night up to the 3rd floor unbearably loud to hear. Seems to be a party location for Saudis.

Everything is close, good location and even a supermarket is next to the hotel. Excellent location

There is a night club downstairs that can easily hear and disturb your rest. Be prepare to have a long night, at least until 2:00 - 3:00 am

The location and around area

Some of the interior furnitures need to be checked and replaced. Sofa at the tv room has exposed steel bar that could harm you back if you set on the sofa by mistake

The hotel is located in great location with many nearby restaurants and lounges. The in house room service food tastes good as well.

The kitchenette in the Two Bedroom suite is empty with no cutleries. You will have to call the room service each time if you need something.

Good location. Easy to access from different areas. We stayed in two different Apartments due to change in schedules. One room was quite nice , the other one was not that organized. Staffs are really good.
