I really appreciate for all the staff during my stay in the hotel for help me to repair my car especially for the manager and for the luggage person for his ultimate help and for his effort to me from my heart many thanks.

It was nice hotel, they clean my room every day. The staff was amazing and I meet one egyptian manager who have work in my city. The room had everything I needed, There was a big fridge, I could cook my own food in the room, wash the dishes, make tea and coffee, I washed my clothes because there was a washing machine, I could iron my clothes, clean my shoes, etc. Everything was in the room that you might need for everyday things. They refilled shower things every day for me, the toilet was clean.

The pool was small and not clean. My room Window was next to infinity buildings and the sound of workers and water tank could make alot of noise. But it dont affect alot, just they dont do it in night time.

The room is spacious, well organized (aside from the safe's location), nice bathroom, great location, and great view.

Had a minor plumbing problem upon checking in where the toilet seat was leaking, the staff took care of it right away. It would've been better if rooms were inspected for issues before checking in the next guest. Also, the safe location is inconvenient being almost floor level under the bed stand. It should be in the dresser with enough height to have a better access. Lastly, and this is not related to the hotel, the roads in the area are still under heavy civil works. So, it's a bit tricky to move around. There will be quite a bit of off-road commuting.

I had a splendid stay at the seven hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were very well kept and upto the luxurious standards. I enjoyed the view from the room as it was sea facing and at a very tall floor. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was super neat and clean. There were all the amenities in the room where I did not need to ask for the reception. The staff was very polite. The washroom was roomy and had great faucets to take a shower with. There was nothing lacking in the rooms comfort and cleanliness.

Downsides The only downsides I could think off is the location as the roads leading to the hotel is very narrow and tight. As I was a traveller from Qatar with a big vehicle, it was a challenge to maneuver and park in the tight parking lot. With that said, the parking always had available slots and I did not face any trouble finding parking.

The room had a good size, it was comfortable. We were lucky because we had a room quite high up so we had a good view. Unfortunately the windows were very dusty from the sand. But I don't blame the hotel for that. It's just Bahrain, it's very sandy and as windy as it was when we were there, it wouldn't have been possible to keep it clean. The location is not central, but it was fine for us. We were there for F1 and there were shuttles near the hotel. In addition, there are good supermarkets nearby, not just the small ones but also quite large ones with a good selection.

The room has a kitchen, it is almost like a small apartment. But it is a completely empty kitchen, there are no dishes and cutlery. We bought food from a close supermarket and we had to ask them to give us plastic forks and spoons. This would have been not necessary if the kitchen in the room would have been of any use. As is often the case in hotel bathrooms, there are no hooks. This was also the case here, the bathroom was very spacious, but there was only one hook for two people.

On check in, we were upgraded to a full suite and it was huge. The room was quiet, the staff were great and the building is at the edge of a developed area of hotels and stores. We had a nice view across a roadway to the ocean. The suite had a washer and dryer combo (perfect timing as we were half way through the trip) dishwasher, fridge, stove and micro. There was a deck, but we couldn't figure out the lock.

One surprise was that the streets in the area are all currently being reconstructed, it looks like water and sewer pipe were being installed. The area around these hotels was a mess. In a few weeks, it will be great, and hopefully this won't be a deciding factor for people for this hotel. But, be aware, the stress are very bumpy, dusty and traffic has to wind through several blocks like this, slowly. That said, the evenings were quiet, with no construction noise whatsoever.

The hotel is in a great location. The only reason I didn't give it straight tens is because it is currently in an area of town where they are doing a lot of roadway construction and so there is so unwanted noice occasionally, and it was a bit outputting when we first arrived, thinking we missed the mark. But once inside the hotel, the rooms were excellent, the views tremendous, and the staff excellent. Loved the restaurant too! Once the roads are finished, it will be a fabulous place to stay. in case I ever return, I will return to this hotel.

The hotel was 10 on 10..super excellent hotel clean neat n tidy wid all the facilities n specially parkjng as well ..nearby small market also available and the view from the hotel was mind blowing ..staff was also excellnt

The most disappointing thing was the breakfast ...in a 5 star hotel there was no buffe instead they will ask u wat u want ur breakfast as arabic or ammerican or continental...n dat tooo in very lesss quantity dey serve ...dey gv buffe only on weekends dat to very less items not much choice ...which i guess they should increase...other than that evrything is perfecttt n excellenttt....

This hotel was fantastic! But what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff, especially Mohamed. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service here is amazing. Mohamed (and the rest of the staff I interacted with) were all incredibly kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with exceptional service.

The cleanliness and professionalism of the team was great. The rooms were spacious and equipped with good furniture, amenities and utilities.

A bit far off from the main nightlife venues and restaurants. A bit of construction happening around the hotel building which does cause a bit of inconvenience getting to it. Parking can be an issue if you come back late at night since the parking in the hotel gets filled up. The open areas near the hotel have been closed off so you cannot park outside near the waterfront.
