Everything about this hotel was great! All of the staff were friendly and the hotel was in excellent shape. Anisa, Fatima, Badal and Fahim were all so helpful at the front desk with good tourist information and smiles every time I walked through the lobby!! Fatehul Islam was incredible at the rooftop BBQ restaurant. He was helpful with the menu as well as the kind room service which he provided. Tawhida was my housekeeper for my room who provided excellent service every day with all of the water that I needed and kept my room very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well and the bathroom was in great shape. The hotel is very close to everything and the food is reasonably priced and very good! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dhaka. Everyone here makes you feel like family and when you are traveling that is important!!

An oasis of peace in a very busy city. The staff were great and changed our room after a noisy first night. The roof terrace was very nice, with fresh cooked food and excellent waiters.

The rooms just lacked western standards.

I liked the staff, everybody was very much caring, prompt to response and speaking with smiley face. Buffest breakfast was fantastic. I have no language to express my gratitude to front desk. Its worth staying in this hotel close to city centre with a very reasonable price. The room was very much neat and tidy.

Everything was fantastic beyond doubt. I expected different coffees (flat white cappuccino, etc) in buffet breakfast, but its not a big deal at all. Overall , everything was more than expected

The staff are very polite and provide excellent hospitality, especially Ms. Anisha at the help desk and the waitress at the rooftop restaurant also in hotel restaurant. The food in the roof top restaurant is very good especially cashews chicken salad, and the breakfast is decent as well.

The breakfast was incredible. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Great variety and all delicious. A highlight of our stay. Airport shuttle was very efficient and completely necessary as we would never have reached the hotel without. One day the hotel arranged a driver for us at short notice which was really useful. The hotel is right in the centre, which was great because we wanted to be in the think of things but for people wanting a quieter stay it may not be the best choice.

One room was bit small and no place to out luggage so we were stepping over our suitcases in the middle of the floor the whole time. We had a table and chair in the room but due to lack of space, it would have been better without. We would have liked more information about what to do and how to get around.

The Buffet breakfast was very good.The staff were extremely friendly and polite. They helped us with anything we needed and we didn’t face any problems whatsoever.

There weren’t any power outlets on the bed side. So i couldn’t charge my devices while in bed. Moreover the light controls don't have much options and turning one switch off turns off the entire light of the room.

My first time in Bangladesh and despite hearing numerous negative reviews, I found them to be completely inaccurate. The service at FARS Hotel surpassed my expectations, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and attentive. I can confidently say that FARS Hotel is among the top choices in Dhaka. Cheers to FARS! I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Dhaka.

As we are diet conscious, we did never have breakfast here. Instead we like to have light foods those are not available inside. The bar is nice. Bathrooms are good; tv and other facilities in the room are also good.

Push showers should be changed as they seems to be old and less flexible. Liquid handwash is absent in bathrooms There are mosquitoes in rooms and no aerosol had been provided. Tea and coffee is very less in qualtity
