Large room , very clean , good shower ,very comfortable bed and very good breakfast

Having paid for room on arrival , when we had a drink in the bar trying to pay was a farce as the staff struggled to process as we had paid for room on arrival and they blamed a new system but 3 staff went forwards and backwards between restaurant and bar and eventually we were able to pay for the drinks . It took way to long .

Our room was very spacious with out door access, perfect for traveling with our dog. We had. Bath and shower and 2 TV although difficult to work out how to use. Breakfast was brilliant, fantastic choice of quality ingredients. Very good value for money.

The restaurant menu was OK but menu did not match up to expectations. Tuna tartare arrived very warm and schnitzel came with very over cooked dry veg. Staff were fantastic.

Stayed before, nice hotel very clean excellent rooms Walk in showers in the main part of the hotel Room was large. Also the Restaurant was excellent with good serving staff our food was well worth eating here

Felt the breakfast was ok but hot food could be better. and for 17euro should have been better. Fried eggs scrambled eggs small Sausages and greasy Bacon. Eggs every morning were warm or cold did complain

So happy with our room with sauna and view on the green environment, dog walks were easy to do, the food in the restaurant is excellent. Very kind staff and high standards of service and cleanness.

The hotel front drive way is located at a very busy road and I found it slightly dangerous to take the turn on to the driveway , once parked and well, the back of the hotel borders nice walks with trees and borders the Kalmthoutse Heide, which is high contrast with the busy road and gives peace.

Beautiful architecture harmonious with the nature and surroundings, very kind staff and exceptional restaurant with good choices of gourmet meals. The room was clean and large enough. They cleaned very well and loaded it. Maybe a bit more amenities would help more, that’s all..

The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Whenever we turned the water on to shower, there was a sharp smell coming from the pipes. it was so uncomfortable that it felt as if the water smelt, too. The heater in our room also wasn’t working properly, but the staff were kind enough to bring us a large portable heater that kept us warm all night

Great staff and very friendly place. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms (2x Executive rooms) were clean and very spacious. Parkign was plentiful and location was good for our needs. Overall we would stay here again.....alos very much recomend the E-Bikes...fantastic!!

The rooms are new and quite contempory, which is great but as a result the lightiing in the bathroom is terrible and quite dark. There is no natuarl light which then makes puting on make up and shaving very diffiult.

Clean, convenient for the wedding for locarion.

Room service came [a man] when we were getting ready for the wedding, told him to return I half an hour, but he didn't, so room not made up.. Other staff very good and friendly.

Food and general service, was excellent. condition and comfort in the room was great. as anon tea or coffee drinker he complimentary soft drink and water in the room was a godsend....

The use of Recycled rainwater for toilet flushing is great but for feedback some means to de-odourise the water would be useful, not bad but noticable. Access to Power at the desk would be an improvement I had to grovel under the desk and unplug a lamp to get access

Comfy bed and room. Convenient location for a family wedding, with good parking and a bus stop outside. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Floor to ceiling windows in a ground floor room didn't offer much privacy without shutting the curtains.
