The breakfast served enough choice. Excellent shower and a comfy bed. Beautiful decor. And you could walk to the city centre in about 15-20 minutes. Also very close to the train station north.

The last breakfast was 9.30 which was a little earlier than I would have preferred. The hotel location seemed a little rough at times but not dangerous. You could hear police sirens throughout the night as we had to leave the window slightly open to cool the room. No extra bathroom toiletries unless you request something specifically.

Very clean place. I am the type normally use sanitizer wipes to wipe down everything at each stay. This place is so clean that passed the test. I like the fact that the bathroom has the heated antifog mirror. It has a magnifying mirror with at least 15x. It also has a plug for hair dryer. Lots of hotel doesn't have the plug in the bathroom believe it or not. Usually come with the plug for shaver only. There are usb plugs on both sides of the bed. Makes it very handy. BTW, we have a room with a king size bed. Not sure if that makes a difference. As we got to the one in Amsterdam.... Quite different with the room with a double bed. Not sure it's because of the location or the type of the room.

Personal preference...like a firmer bed. The bed is very comfy but on the soft side for me.

I throughly enjoyed out stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful… bar man very kind… room cleaners always said hello in the corridors… reception staff helpful and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the hotel and had a fantastic stay. Just to mention, water in the corridor with empty bottles in the room is a great idea and a microwave too, so helpful for young family’s and I also liked the wooden floors especially in this age of bed bugs!

I found the room very cold when I checked in in the late afternoon, it took quite a lot of time to reach my desired temperature. The room was not well isolated by external noise. As of today, there are much better windows, eg. the ones used in hotel close to the airport. My room was facing an high traffic street, they could have used a better isolation, at the end the room remainied a little noisy. The dawn blanket were "short": in fact, the dawns slip to the bottom of the blancket and the upper side remains empty and cold. Breakfast was pretty standard good, it could have been better if copared with the price

The room was large and had high ceilings, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is good, very close to metro and Grand Palace is 5-10 min walking distance.

We travelled for work and our criteria tend to be: comfort, location, breakfast. It hit on all three points. The beds were very comfortable, the room were spacey with desks to work, breakfast had options for everyone (and the fruit bar was praised), the location was excellent with less than 1 minute to Rogier (and for touristy things + dinners, it's within 15-20 minutes of a lot of great options).

The only thing was the noise level. I could hear the guest above me who seemed to be reorganising the furniture at 23h00, and whoever was walking by the room. The city noises are also rather loud, mostly the ambulances, but even with that, I still managed to fall asleep and sleep well every night.

If you are in Brussels for leisure or business, definitely choose Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel rooms are spacious, modernized, and extremely clean. They offer a variety of breakfast options, along with a handy refilling water station and a microwave in the hallway. For all this, the value for money is more than worth it. Additionally, the hotel is a 1-minute walk to a large metro and tram station, a 5-minute walk to the train station, and a 15-minute walk to the center. You'll find everything nearby, including a mall, a large supermarket, and a shopping street. If we return to Brussels, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming. The location is great - a 10-15 min walk to the Grand Place where there are lots of restaurants, activities, shops - it's the main square. The room was a lovely size and very bright. Nicely decorated and very clean. the bathroom was excellent. The bar area was pleasant and the lobby had a water station and free apples. Each floor had a couple of water stations and ours had a microwave. The hotel felt very quiet and safe.

The location is a little walk from the main square and as my mum was not able to walk far we had to take taxis or ubers - this was very easy to organise and cost about 10e each time. We felt the breakfast was very expensive at 27e each so we didn't bother as it was easy to get to a cafe in town for coffee and pastries. It would have been lovely to have a pool! We parked across the road as we weren't sure if there was parking at the hotel. This worked really well at 10e a day (passage 44). We used the bar one evening and the staff were fabulous at making recommendations. We ordered a croque monsieur which took ages to come but was delicious. The bar area is mostly in the breakfast area so not a lot of atmosphere.
