the room was very cosy and clean. was a good value room with the location being within the centre ring of brussels. most things i went to see in the city were about a 10 min walk away. staff were friendly. any questions i had to ask prior to the holiday over message on here were answered fairly quickly as well

if you had a car you have to park in a 24 hour car park about 8 mins away from the hotel as theres none near the hotel. its only a pain if you have a lot of luggage if not its not so bad. other then that good stay

If you don't expect luxury, this cute hotel will suit you. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre. The area is not very safe at night, but we didn't face any problems. The staff was very friendly and polite (I highly appreciate that), and the room was nicely cleaned. The price of the room was acceptable.

There was a bad smell in some parts of the hotel, most likely from humidity or something like that, as it is an old building. The smell was not too bothersome for me, but it may be disturbing for more sensitive noses :)

I was meant to check in at 11am but i arrived early, so i rang the hotel and they said it was fine . I arrived the room was ready, and the staff was extremely lovely. this was a great help as i traveled with kids, we rested for a few hours then headed out . I asked the staff for a pin for my daughter's jacket, the lady in the reception was so nice she looked everywhere and found one . i was able to get Uber eat , the driver found it easy to find the hotel . the staff are really nice and helpful

The staff is exceptionally good and cooperative. I want to offer special thanks to Adnan and Rai for their hospitality and help. The location is very convenient, only 5–7 minutes from Midi station (3 tram stops), and it is situated in the heart of Brussels. The Royal Palace is only an 8–10-minute walk away.

Friendly staff and helpful. Very clean property.Very reasonable coffee machine and delicious drinking chocolate in reception. Lift good no problems. Fan supplied and needed as very hot weather.

Difficult to navigate as roads look pretty similar Toilet roll holder was terrible as kept coming out of holder on wall.Not a lot of room in bathroom.Loose top hinge of my window.

- the room was a bit dated - no AC, only a fan provided (we got a couple of days of 30 degrees outside, but I suppose that’s not the norm)

Central location - very easy to walk to the central square and the station. Room was comfortable and contained all the basic things that were required for my stay. Everything was straight forward and I did not encounter any problems. Reasonable value for central Brussels.

Nothing particularly - it met my expectations for a comfortable budget stay.

there was little smell when we check in, but opening the window for a while would help very soon. if i have to be picky, the communication between staff can be improved, because I confirmed arrival first on booking, then I received a call and confirmed again, then I received another whatsapp message for the checkin time. but i guess it is important for them to know the timing.

First the location of the hotel was excellent, it is possible to walk to the central area by smelling chocolate from every corner. Also, the staff was really helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean.

The hotel building was very old, so it may not be the best and modern hotel we stayed bit it was quite comfortable for us.

My room that was fronting onto the street....I experienced the ordinary Belgium resident's life!' It was nice walking from there through the streets to Groote Markt....feeling the Brussels' vibe. .I enjoyed the breakfast!

The fridge did not work properly....even after it was replaced.
