We visited during a bike trip (Stoneman) and were greeted by the very open, friendly hosts and other travelers. The place has an amazing atmosphere. Drinks can be taken from the bar and payed on a trust basis. A major highlight were the heated pool and Whirlpool, something we did not except in such a lovely little town! Breakfast was amazing and made with eggs from their own hen house. Very much recommended!

This was our second stay with Hugo & Chris. They are both very friendly & accommodating. The facilities are perfect to unwind after a days travelling. The pool is a great place to relax and then play some games as a family. Hugo’s breakfasts are amazing with eggs from their own chickens. We love the unique thoughtful decor and the friendly feel to Eifelhoeve. I am sure we will be back again.

Staff is incredibly helpful and facility wise this place actually has a lot (you can order food, there is a swimming pool etc.), breakfast was amazing with eggs, veggies, overnight oats, pancakes, fresh buns etc.

I didn't mind this but if you book, don't expect a 5-star luxury hotel. Its a BnB so everything is a bit wonky, its definitely a comfy stay but your bed might creak a bit when you step in, some ceilings are low and hallways are crooked. Again: really didn't mind this but good to realise when booking.

The breakfast was excellent, and had a lot of personal touches by the owner, ie making pancakes for us. On the previous evening before we arrived the owner rang to ask if we would like him to order a pizza for us, as there is no restautant in the village. This was a very welcome additional service.

We dont particularly like the 2 individual duvets that are usual on the continent, but we were expecting this

The room was very clean, facilities are in great condition, and communication was excellent. Host was friendly and welcoming.

The blue room has an open toilet/shower/kitchenette which were all in the same space and it's kind of weird for me that there isn't a separation of those. A door would be great.

A very unique place with exceptional host. The B&B is truely beautiful; lots of greenery, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly cats dogs, plenty of games (incl. ping pong) and to top it all off a pool and jacuzzi!! This is not an ordinary place. A true gem full of character and energy. Something out of a book; The owners are Hugo and Chris. They run this place with their hearts. Very social, thoughtful and helpful people. If you decide to book a night or two - which you should - please bring your kindness. We will see you again Hugo & Chris. Guido and Anna

The village is very small. So either have dinner before arriving or eat Pizza or cook yourself. The owners arrange pizza driver to come - the pizza is good.

It was our second time here. It was just as amazing. Everything was exactly as we remebered it and we were glad to return. Looking forward to the next time!

Last year, I had made two less favourable points. One was due to the closed pool (covid rules) and another due to the wifi. While I felt these were nothing major, and one point the hosts couldn't really solve, they have fixed the wifi issue to the best of their abilities. We had wifi connection all over the property. The pool and jacuzzi are now operating again.

The host was really nice to us, helpful and responsive to all our need, the place was very clean and super pretty it was original and sympathetic They cared us from the check in to the check out, the breakfast was really tasty, we really enjoyed our stay

The hosts were wonderful, everything feels very home-like. The location is beautiful and the breakfast with home-grown berries and eggs from their own chickens was lovely. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day walking.

Lovely place with warm, friendly hosts. We enjoyed the breakfast exceptionally well. The place was nicely decorated and cosy. The accommodation had a warm, homey feeling :)
