Location. First of all the location is very good. It is located in the middle of Wallonia (between Bruxelles, Charleroi, Namur and Liège, at 2 min from E42 and 5 min from E411. Really you can find better. The Room The room was outstanding. We booked a twins room and we got upgraded because the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is very busy and it is imperative that you book your room several days in advance otherwise you might not find a room. Everything in the room is new beds, matrasses, telly etc.. Room quite spacious and the shower was huge. Everything was provided towels shower gel etc.. I know, all this is quite obvious but I've been in hotels where it wasn't nearly as obvious. A kettle is also available in the room with tea and some coffee. Really it the room was outstanding. Breakfast One word here: Excellent! You can get continental or British breakfast (they are only missing the kidney beans otherwise you have everything you can think of. You can also have a fresh orange juice. When you book the room don’t forget to also include the breakfast. It is worth any penny of it. The internet The internet service is very good. You can get internet in your room and the broadband is enough to stream a video film from Netflix or any other streaming provider. The restaurant At the ground floor there is also a very nice “Brasserie” (brewery), where you can have a nice meal. It is a bit pricey but it is very good. The Brasserie is not related to the hotel it belongs to an independent owner. Summary. I highly recommend this hotel.

Funky modern decor of hotel and room provided a great backdrop. We arrived late (after 10pm) after a long delayed drive back from the F1 race at Spa-Francorchamps. Thirsty and hungry, we were very grateful of the pizza and big gin & tonics from the bar! The modern room was on the top floor with great views and an excellent shower. Really good breakfast too.

Not too much really - it's a big business-style hotel but that was fine with us. In addition, it is on the verge of an industrial park and close to the motorway. It was a hot night when we stayed so we had the balcony door open, meaning the heavy traffic woke us up early - but what do you expect I guess. Not really a quibble....

Stayed here for two nights on a work trip. Excellent hotel 5-6 km from the centre of Namur. Huge parking area if you arrive by car. The room was outstanding, and came with a balcony, separate shower/bathroom area from the toilet. The food in the Le Felicien restaurant was excellent - we ate and had drinks there both evenings. The breakfast was also really good. 9.5/10, I will absolutely come back!

Basically nothing to remark on, except a minor quirk: the lights in the room went on during the night (despite all being turned off before going to bed). This happened both nghts during the stay.

The room clean and size was good,, Parking direct at the hotel is included no problems finding somewhere to park. The room we booked was with two single beds had to change they put us in a room with one double bed which was corrected by the friendly staff at the reception. _Plus points to their friendly reception on arrival.

The breakfast could be better, beans to dry, no bacon, scrambled eggs i have had better. Bread was on the second morning not presentedl had to ask the staff if they could put out some more .Not enongh bread variety they need to present more corn bread rolls.. Baguette was enongh if you like baguette. The breakfast room actually looked unfinished with cheap tables and chairs

The staff were super friendly and helpful, bed comfortable, style modern. The ceilings were really high, bare concrete walls and industrial-style balconies. It was stormy and windy when we stayed, and our dog was having a really hard time. We asked if there is something we could do, they graciously moving us to the other side of the building in hopes it would be quieter. It was a bit better, but still quite loud, see below. Breakfast was nice! They had multiple coffee machines, a waffle maker, lots of fresh bread / croissants, eggs and everything. The restaurant attached was also very nice; a bit 'fancier' looking, and easy choice when there isn't much to choose from around.

It was really windy / stormy, and the way the building is constructed made everything really loud (with steel balconies), which could keep light sleepers awake.. our dog was pretty terrified, but he is like that with storms. Our dog was not allowed at breakfast, so we ate separately (or could have left him alone in the room).

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. There was a lot of space for lugage and plugs everywhere! The shower was spacious and clean with a separate toilet. wifi was quite fast and you can easily watch a video streaming. The breakfast area was excellent. The hotels occupies the last floor of a 4 stories building and the breakfast is served on the third floor. Plenty of space and plenty of food. We were very plaisantly surprised because you can have everything. I had my decaf (which is rare in many hotels) and we could also have fresh orange juice. On the ground floor there is also a brasserie (kind of pub/restaurant) where you can eat.

Staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Good location to make trips from, seeing as it's a bit outside town. Within walking distance there is a simple bakery which has some affordable breakfast options: Carrément Bon Suarlée - Manufacture.

The first morning we were woken just past 7.30 by drilling noises from some renovations on the other floors. There was a note at the front desk, but that was something we saw after checking in.

The balcony was a bonus and lovely to sit out and have a drink. The quality of the decor and fittings was excellent. Loved the indoor swing in the lounge area. Was a treat to have English tv. Drinks ordered from the bar were not overpriced. Plenty of sockets in the room.

The under sheet on the bed was not breathable and made us very warm. The top sheet was not long enough for the mattress and kept bunching up. Could not control the air con and ended up sleeping with the patio doors wide open. Only having one key card resulted in having to sit in the dark with no power if one occupant went out as the card was needed to access an additional interior door.

Room itself good. . Good selection of channels on TV and good wifi. Bed comfortable and very good level of cleanliness. Good coffee at reception. Sensible storage space. Plenty of (free) parking.

Very long walk to get to the room! Bathroom light illuminating the bedroom was annoying. A couple need to get two keys as there is an intermediate security door to open. Only one chair - a second would have been nice. All quite minor gripes though.

Big bedroom, spacious, comfy and very clean.

Staff sent us to a room that smelled smoke really bad, when we complained, he said that he knew about the situation and changed us. If you know about a problem, why would you put customer in that bedroom even though the hotel has a lot of empty bedrooms. Also not a lot of options food/drinks wise. We had to order from Uber. Too bad the hotel doesn’t offer a room service/light cooking or snacks option instead of the restaurant next door.
