We recently stayed at Hotel Bô Rivage and had a pleasant overall experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable. The room was generally comfortable, although there are a few things that could be improved. First, the sealant in the kitchen and bathroom could be cleaned or replaced. The flooring in the room was also not as cozy as I would have preferred; tiles are functional but a carpet or warmer material might have made the space feel more inviting. Additionally, I had some trouble with the WiFi in room 11. The signal was very weak (only one bar), which made it difficult to connect with my phone. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, but I think it would be a good idea for the hotel to consider adding a gate or fence to make it more secure in the future, as currently anyone can access it. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent – a great variety and everything was fresh and tasty. I was very satisfied with that! Overall, a good stay with a few areas for improvement. I would still recommend this hotel, especially for the friendly service and great breakfast!

We arrived at the hotel on a rainy evening after a long drive, and the lovely area to the rear of the hotel (overlooking a lake) wasn't open, so we didn't see this hotel at it's best. The receptionist was fine, but pointed out that the restaurant on the basement floor of the hotel was nothing to do with the hotel, which seemed a bit unnecessary. However, she booked a table for us, and the meal in the restaurant was the highlight of our evening ! The food was superb, and they had an amazing selection of all my favourite Belgian beers. The room at the hotel was a good size and very comfortable, with a good view over the lake. Breakfast was also good. Good private car park directly at the front of the hotel. We'd like to visit this hotel again on a dry and sunny day.
The weather could have been better of course, but the interior and exterior of the hotel lacked a bit of character. We'd spent the previous 12 nights in hotels all over Europe, and each of them had a unique something that made them memorable and special. The Eden Ardenne was a bit clinical, and lacked warmth and character, but still a very good hotel.

We were greeted at the hotel, overlooking a mountain lake by a warm friendly Belgian smile and hospitality by the man at the desk. The view from the communal balcony and reception was beautiful and the restaurant underneath is definitely worth a try (get the meatballs, trust me). The location is great too. With its own walks and trails around it and beautiful hikes and sightseeing trips aren’t so far away either and it makes a great location for daily excursions. We visited Luxembourg city, The Han caves and some other beautiful places within a couple of hours each day.
The room itself, while it was an upgrade to a bigger room, had a view of the carpark. This doesn’t sound so bad, but being on the ground floor facing the street, we either had to choose to have the curtains closed or no privacy. You could pay more for a lake side view but that was out of our budget sadly. The room itself was large, but had seen better days. Could use a lick of paint here and there, some new beds and a good caulking. We enjoyed the breakfast, but the selection was sub par when I compare it to other hotel breakfasts I’ve had during similar stays.

The triple room was a good size, especially as there was a terrace and we had a dog. The rooms on the lake side of the hotel are obviously much nicer than those by the car park. We were very pleased with this one night stop as we could walk around the lake.
The shower head needs replacing as the water goes all over the bathroom. We could not eat in the restaurant with the dog, so we went to their restaurant on the other side of the lake. The setting is lovely, but the food was not great. I imagine the lake gets very busy in the summer.

Staff was friendly; breakfast was better than I expected; room was clean and comfy. It is a pet friendly hotel; there was a cute dog working with the receptionist! I love almost everything about this lovely hotel and will return in spring/summer time to enjoy the nearby lake.
The only thing I did not like about this place is that there was no shower gel/shampoo in our room (we stayed at #26). It looks like there used to be a wall mounted one but it was removed. Thankfully we were able to catch the receptionist before she leaves for the day and got some one-time use shower gel/shampoo.

Well situated hotel a short walk from the town and overlooking a local lake with access to woodland walks. Clean, modern interior and plenty of free parking. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good
New pillows required - mine was very lumpy with very little filling which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Shower water spilled on to the bathroom floor, drain needs cleaning probably It would have been nice to have a toaster available at breakfast

This was the perfect place to stay overnight during our journey from Germany to the UK. Comfortable beds, warm room, parking at the hotel - what else you need for a great stay. Oh, yes, the breakfast! It was beyond our expectations - so versatile and delicious! I really think it was worth much more than we actually paid 😜 I am saving this spot on my list and will definitely be back next time I go to Germany.

Room was very nice and modern, very clean. breakfast was good too. I recommend getting the Lake view as road can be noisy.
The only issue i had which affected my stay (In August) was the room was really hot. NO proper AC and spent have the night sweating buckets which affected my sleep for my 10 hour drive next day.. The window could not be opened fully as we had to open curtain which everyone could see in. Plus noise levels of cars from road.

Checking in was easy, rooms a good size, very clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the lake. There are 2 restaurants, the large one down on the lake was great, nice food and beer, maybe a little expensive, but it's a hotel restaurant and the view is incredible. The included breakfast is nice, everything you can think off is on offer and again eaten in lovely surroundings. I woukd stay here again

The room was quite large and pleasant, of modern design, with open shelves but no wardrobe; the bathroom was well equipped with a modern glass-paneled shower. Our balcony overlooked the lake so we had a lovely view. Breakfast was varied and very good, especially the coffee.
The receptionist was okay, but not really friendly. In the first room the electricity did not function; even after she'd switched it on using her PC, the second time we went back we were then given a different room. There were only two bedside table lamps, no overhead lighting in the main area of the room. I used my torch when making notes on the desk!
