The breakfast was very good anda lot of choices. The pool and spa center was also pleasant.

The cleaning off the room was not great. There was dust in the room. There was was quite noisy during the night from the neighboring rooms but this might be bad much for us. The price was also very high. In their catalogue the maximum price for a Junior Suite was 3 hundred something while I was charged 570 eur / per night. For this money I would expected much better room.

The location is amazing, just in front of the beach, near to a lot of bars/restaurants and very close to the city center/marina. The room is big and very clean with everything that you would need (including towels for going to the beach or to the swimming pool). It is very clean and really a 4* hotel. Breakfast was very good with a lot of food to choose from.

WiFi connection is very poor - or at least this was the case in my room - I had to use my iPhone for creating a personal hotspot. Laundry services - the bag was not picked up by the cleaning lady - I had to take it to the reception desk to have it registered - also, the clothes came not ironed, which is a little bit odd if you need them the next day.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, both for ourselves and our kids. The access to the pool and the wellness facilities were great and we appreciated the quality of service. It was our second time at the hotel and hopefully next time we can afford a room with a view ! Improvements could be a proper restaurant or room service for diner, as well as a membership card with benefits for returning customers.

The Wellness center was fantastic, the proximity to the beach was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The variety at breakfast was very large. The little welcome cake and drink at 16:00 was an unexpected treat. The provision of a bathrobe, slippers and a bag pre-packed with a Leisure/Beach towel was great!

The soundproofing of the window of our room could have been a lot better, we could hear absolutely everything from the outside. For the price of the room itself, it would have been nicer and more premium if the toilet paper wasn't see through! it was very thin and poor quality. Although the variety at breakfast was large, the quality of the food served was not as great as it looked. Some of the bread and croissants felt like they had been baked the day or 2 before.

Exceptionally well placed on the beach, the breakfast is voluptous-pancakes french style with caster sugar white/ cane and icing kinds(!), great selection of teas, fresh fruits of various sorts-season and exotic, the best baked beans, mushrooms and finely cut crispy bacon. At exiting the breakfast room there is a gentleman greeting guest with the utmost courtesy. The view is so glorious: the immensity of the beach, the sea, the Casino and England. Huge bed, excellent towells ans bed sheets, Nespresso coffee and teas in the room, huge space to place luggage, shower and bath tub, bathrobe and slippers. The pool is well designed, the spa is new and has two types of dry sauna and a hammam plus two kinds of showers.

The night shift welcoming is not very welcoming. The policy of not extending the possibility to go to the spa is unheard of. The way this policy is communicated to the checking out guests is indelicate, mildly put.

I don’t think I’ve ever gave such positive feedback to anyhotel but we really had the best experience with C-Andromeda hotel Oostende. We visited Oostende for my birthday and came by car from Brussels. We parked our car right in front of hotel for check-in purpose. Check-in procedure was smoorh and fast with charismatic, friendly and professional personnel. No deposit requested which is nice surprise. We went straight to the room to change fir dinner and the room was outstanding. Comfort, Cleanliness and Functionality top rates. We booked family comfort suit foer 2 adults and kid amd were very satisfied. Hotel is accessible from the beach promenade as well as from side main entrance, both without restrictions and friendly staff always present. Next morning we started with breakfast and once again it was fabulous experience. Beautiful lounge with view to the sea and smart solutions so people don’t form ques for coffee or eggs because it is well arranged and there is enough machines. Rich selection of food including the prosecco for the ones to start their day funny as well. After breakfast we went to Welness area and either we were lucky but there was nobody at this time but it seemed that people are coming and leaving on turns. Very clean property and no smell of chlorine to start with. Ambient music and pleasant temperature of both air and the pool. Very nicely designed from ceiling to floor and pleasant to swim in. Part of the wellness area is also 2 saunas (different temperature) and turkish spa (hammam). All top cleanliness and little details like fontain for drinking, enough loungers where you can rest and nice citronell aroma in the air. Honestly normally I am quite critical if the things are off and maybe we were just lucky but there was nothing to complain about.

Nothing I can think off at this point. Not from my experience at least.

The location (directly on the beach) is fantastic and the size of the swimming pool and how beautiful that part of the hotel is was unexpected.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but I was travelling with my four year old son and the Ukrainian mother and son (also four) that we are hosting. This was designed to be a treat for them. While we were staying there my car was badly damaged on the street. The repairs will cost a lot of money. I asked if I could please relocate the car into the garage, and was disappointed to see I was charged for that. Given I am travelling with two refugees and covering all of their costs - and my car was damaged right outside the hotel - it would have been a nice gesture to let me park in the garage for free. Little things like that make a difference and I found it quite annoying.

The hotel is well located, the breakfast is one of the best we encounter during our multiple stays in different hotel. The view on the beach is a most, the swimming pool and the wellness installation are clean and well designed. The team is very sympatic and our dog was wellcome by them, the facilities are customer oriented.

Breakfast perfect. Spa also though this time very busy, esp in the pool (lots of young kids, also in the jacuzzi (never a chance to experience this). Good rooms (expensive though).

Spa very busy. Our house didn’t fit the adult hours. No heating in bathroom (so no means to dry bathing suits & towels) this time.

The beach facing bar areas and also the basement pool are very chic.

Charged us €13 per night for a cot when already paying for a Superior Family room. The cot was also a pretty brutal metal construct on wheels, better suited to transporting wayward family pets than for a gently slumbering baby.
