The location is perfect - not far away from the station, and perfect for the Sunday Flea Market and a wander into the town. The room was big, clean, and had a great view. I was pleased a fan had been provided along with water. Staff were helpful and friendly (including an early check in), and I was able to lock my bike away in an outside building.

Maybe I stayed in an older part of the hotel, but it definitely needs some updating as some parts feel really dated. It was also really warm when I stayed, so air-con would have been really useful. For the price I paid, I would had expected breakfast fast to be honest, and the early check out (10am) was a little too early.

The bed was a great size, but not comfortable. It had a mattress topper that was lumpy, couldn't take it off the bed as very heavy and nowhere to put it. Bedroom area was fairly clean apart from dust on the heater/airco unit in Bedroom. Bathroom was clean, again, apart from the heater on the wall, the controls were dirty and the dust on the vents looked like it had been there for about 6 months.

Location - Parking

No mention of paid parking on booking.com. Use different colors for the P for Parking. Green=FREE parking Orange=PAID parking Red=NO parking. Not being able to check in after 20:00! Had to ride 60km for nothing to pick up the room key as we did not arrive til 4 in the morning. This hotel is GOOD, but need to make arrangements for guests arriving late. For example pick the key up at xxxx what ever time you arrive and due to our travels we never arrive before 2 in the morning.

Location was in the center of Tongeren. Very convenient. There is a restaurant coffee shop at the ground floor. You check in on line. When we got to the front desk, our room key was readily available in less than 5 minutes. The front desk person gave us some info about the hotel amenities which was the bulk of his speech. Very nice. Elevator was right near the lobby.

The breakfast buffet was like 17.00 Euros. We don't really eat breakfast but we just wanted a small eggs and toast breakfast. But they didn't have that option. They just have a buffet style breakfast

The property has a prime location on the main square at the start of the antique market. The location is very convenient.

The staff were not especially friendly. Pretty apathetic toward foreigners.

Given very bad advice on parking, local car park over charging !!, be aware of street parking !! Free parking available but you need to check it out !

Great location for antiques market Sundays. Excellent helpful staff. Nice restaurant with good food. Good selection for breakfast. Comfortable room.

Free parking only at rail station, some distance away. Limited 30 free minutes near Hotel for unloading, but worked fine for us

The location of this hotel, as always, is perfect for visiting the market at Tongeren. Parking is also very easy and close by. The hotel and restaurant staff speak perfect English and are very accommodating. They put our rooms together, made us dinner reservations and gave advice on parking.

The noise outside the window got a little bit loud in the wee hours of the morning and woke us up. The beds are small but pretty comfortable.

Central location suited us really well for access to the Sunday antiques market. Room was clean with a view of the market place. Would stay again if we returned to Tongeren

If you are going to spend a Sunday morning at the Tongeren Antiques Market, this hotel is perfect to start that journey. The rooms are much bigger than the norm in Europe and very comfortable. The staff all speak excellent English and the restaurant in the hotel is very good.

Parking in Tongeren is tricky on the best day. Trying to find a spot that is not too far away, too expensive, or located to get you towed for market day is very difficult.
