I was in the room 15. It was really comfy, the bed was amazing, it was really big. I really liked the windows, you can see trough them outside but nobody can see what you are doing inside. There is a big television. We had included in the price: 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of water and some other things to make coffee or tea if wanted. I loved the views, we could see the Turnhout's train station, also other trains just passing by. That was nice!

The bottle of water was too small.

We come from uk to see a friend in Turnhout, saff were very friendly and happy to help with anything directions, taxi, places to visit. Room was very very nice a lot of space nice furniture and very comfy and a nice homey feeling while staying here. AC/heating, nice shower room with toilet. Cannot find a fault

Only thing i didnt like was the vlux window was hard to use poll to cover sky window, didnt impact the stay much at all just abit awkward

The room size, king size comfortable bed. Good shower, plenty complimentary items (didn't need to bring shampoo & conditioner) gels, lotions even 2 free beers. Breakfast brilliant, best selection. Receptionist the most helpful person and so friendly,nothing was too much trouble for him.

Lack of natural light but love the originality of the room

I have been welcomed by Roger and I didn't know it would be so supportive with me when later on, I have faced some difficulties. Many Thanks to Roger for his support, kindness and patience The breakfast room was very pleasant

The fact that the parking lot was full despite I booked I was not so convinced by the filter on the window (in ground floor)

The hotel is right next to the new train station of Turnhout, which has been proven very convenient especially for those who are on a professional trip. You literally get off the train and enter the hotel room! I was given a room with a balcony. It was a nicely warm room while the temperature outside was below zero. It was very clean and the personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Inside the room I could hear a little bit of the cars passing by the street.

The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, professional and just nice. Room was spacious and clean and a nice gift of two bottles of beer was waiting for us. Breakfast was great with a large selection. But I really cannot prize the guy at reception who was doing everything in that hotel with a lovely smile and great attitude.

The staff were so friendly,we arrived after 9pm due to Airport departure delays The young man on reception spoke excellent English, he carried our case to the room and checked we were happy with the room. Breakfast was exceptional,everything you could want, from bacon&eggs to cereal & fruit. €12.50 each (all you can eat) The room was on the first floor- a little hot as there was no open window apart from a skylight,but the weather was wet and we didn't open it, there was air conditioning however, The bed room ( double - 2 single beds) was comfortable, and plenty of extra pillows. There was Tea & coffee facilities in the room also, a great supply of toiletries (shower gel, soap,shampoos etc) I will definitely some back and stay again, perhaps ask for a ground floor room, as they had beautiful balcony seating area's

There wasn't anything I didn't like, I booked on line and everything was as requested.

A very nice room with a terrace. The breakfast was very good with a very wide range of choice. A good location with public parking at a good price just outside. There is a Japanese style restaurant next door which offers a discount to hotel users. We visited the restaurant and enjoyed the meal.

The kettle in our room did not work - but we had our own anyway.

Service by both reception and cleaning staff was excellent and to be commended. They were all very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good and extensive. I found the room perfectly reasonable and clean.

I would say I found the bed a bit soft for my taste.

Staff were excellent, we had requested a room with air con, but no room was available, however a portable unit was supplied.

Secure parking, bit of a joke, I was travelling with a show car as we had just exibited over the weekend so security was very important, statements about video survalence is of no comfort was it only records once the deed has been done. We were advised of secure parking on another site some distance away, not really usefull as with our age we have motorbility issues. Also access bringing suitcases was difficult, no ramps
