Visiting Walibi Amusement Park and location was perfect with only a few mins walk to everything - Walibi, train station and restaurants. Town centre slightly longer walk but still doable. Used the pool in the evenings after long hot days at the park. Staff were very helpful throughout stay. Requested a late check out and this was facilitated with no problems.

Nothing to complain about but if suggesting improvements it would be the evening food options as they are very limited - only pizza. This encouraged us to leave the hotel when we would have been happy to stay and eat in it at night.

Really clean and welcoming, the lobby was really cool with good hang out spaces. Our room was perfect, as we had 3 adults so we were worried about space in these hotels but here it was super comfortable. It is SO CLOSE to Walibi Holland, you can literally walk it. The staff were so incredibly friendly too, the receptionists who checked us in and out were so helpful with that aspect and said we could park at the hotel and walk if we didn’t want to pay extra parking at the theme park.

Nothing really, the price was so reasonable for how good it was. No complaints!

We booked one night in a room with a bed and a sofa bed to accommodate my family (2+1). However, bedding was only provided for two people. Since we arrived very late, I was too tired to go to the reception to address the issue, so I ended up covering myself with a spare blanket as a last resort. On the plus side, the breakfast, air conditioning in the room, and cleanliness were all good

Room and beds were comfy. Good shower and soft towels. The whole hotel layout is budget, but modern and clean for a pleasant stay. The meeting cubicle was particularly useful. The swing and interactive tablet in the foyer was a big hit with my 3yo.

The buffet breakfast was ok, but it looks like they cook the hot food (like bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms) once a week and reheat it until it's all run out. Can expect too much for a budget hotel, but it would have made the stay just that little bit better.

Outside parking, next to the entrance, and a big space for socialising! Room was perfect sized, with big windows, nice bathroom, kai easy access. Location is perfect, with good access to Brussels and Charleroi. Wavre was a pleasant surprise, perfect for walks and dinning!

Previous occupant of the room, has smoked ALOT, in the room. Smoke detectors should have alerted the reception.... Apart from that, everything else was really good!

The hotel was great, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were able to check-in early, which was a huge factor for us, and we got a prompt response to any questions prior to arrival. Our room was cleaned daily and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We found it very pricy to purchase stuff at the hotel.

What a delightful stay. Friendly and helping staff, amazing and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Me & my family loved their lobby and felt like hanging around there, but then the rooms were inviting too!

The breakfast couldve been a bit nicer. Asked for Omelette and was directed towards the scrambled eggs, which I wasn't very eager to have. As a 4 star, being able to make an omelette is quite basic

Fridge didn't work, but I got quickly a new one when I complained about it. Waterpipe in the shower seemed stuck, as very slow evacuation . Water pressure was minimal in the shower. Also very slippery surface in the shower. Would be useful to add a shower mat.

We really liked the swing and the foosball table in the lobby. We also enjoyed the heated swimming pool (even though it was smaller than the pictures suggested). Parking was great and we could easily recharge our electric car. The room was large and comfy, the bathroom clean and modern. Even though it was close to the highway, we spend a quiet night there (ideal as a stopover hotel). The breakfast was fine (waffle iron and cappucino, but no cucumber).

Most expensive frozen pizza we ever had (yes, we knew that they only had a limited snack bar, but still...)

Breakfast is served until 10-30, but if you would come at 9:00 it is already hard to find something. For dinner - same trouble, you can't order anything after 20:00. Not an issue of hotel - but some of the superchargers are not so super and charge the car only with 33 kW
