The photos matched the listing, the staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. The outdoor area downstairs for breakfast is cute with a little garden and a library. The coffee they brew is the best I’ve had in Bolivia and room service through WhatsApp. My flight was delayed by an extra night and everything went smoothly.

The extra blanket in the closet was used and smelt bad but they brought a new one when I asked to change it.

A great hotel, just missing a proper breakfast. A lady and a yound guy willing more to kick the customers out than provide a good service. Always short of everything, from plates to milk. Customers always requesting for them to replenish and they always have a quick "NO", if anything out of the very limited offer was requested (omellet instead of lousy scrambled eggs, or decaf coffee). It is a shame because pulls down the rest of the hotel having a very poor service as this.

Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were great also. Air-conditioning worked ok and the TV had Netflix, you tube and many other stations. Location was good for us as it was a short walk to shopping and supermarkets. Staff was great and very helpful as we had to extend our stay there different times.

Breakfast was not until 7:30. Some days we had to leave at 7am so we missed breakfast. Also, selection was minimal for breakfast. Had wait while coffee was brewing. Recommend they purchase a pump container to store coffee in so they don't keep running out of coffee during the morning rush. Small issue and I would stay there again.

Clean and pleasant hotel, very nicely furnished, expecially compared to some of the offerings in Bolivia. Build quality in particular wasn't noticeably shoddy like in many places we stayed in the country. Breakfast area was nice, there was a lift, the layout was good, good views and good area. Shower was decent. Bed was decent (beds in Bolivia are on the hard side so this was harder than many in the UK but it was still comfortable)

For the lowered price it is a good option. Spacious room was cool.

Was under-working (pool and facilities were not fully operational). Also bar was terrible (there was a very rude 40 year old waiter and they had loud music on since the afternoon, even when it was close). My room looking in the back at a soccer field was quite noisy for many hours.

Very good hotel, in nice neigbourhood, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can even walk to the center (40 minutes). Nice, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast with nice selection of fresh fruits and different fresh juices. Staff at the reception was very helpful, professional and friendly, especially Francisco.

Noise from the entrance and hallway during the night because lot of guests comes during the night as flights are scheduled that way.

Rooms are spacious and the location of the hotel is very near to many restaurants, malls, and shopping center. It's very quiet place even if it is just 5 mins walk from the main street

All the facilities. Was able to check in even at 3am. Super helpful staff Small detail - Where I am from, hotels provide small package - comb + toothpaste + toothbrush etc. I had those in my luggage. So, no big deal. Maybe it's not the norm in Bolivia. I didn't ask the staff about it either. Anyways.. Not a big negative

I had a number of one night stays here in between various tours around Bolivia. It’s a Lovely small hotel with helpful friendly staff. Very clean. It’s in a nice quiet location but very close to the busy thoroughfare of San Martin.

Located where I expected to be, as I need to fix some issues in the town, and the office was closer to the hotel. Did not have time to enjoy as my stay was quite short. and left before breakfast. Area is quite safe and I have walked during the night, returing from a chinese restaurant and it was OK.
