The staff was exceptional we felt amazing there. The music was ideal, classical, classy, The hotel was beautiful, an interior was perfect And its so New. People are so kind there. Breakfast was amazing as well. We felt great

Lack of slippers, Refrigerators, tea pot to prepare tea in The room And lack of wardrobe. We came late maybe that’s why receptionist didnt have time to offer something more And something else as she left And The shift was finished, However those are some suggestion I am sure it would make customers happy as they are needed but we definitely enjoyed our stay, if come back I would come again to This hotel its great 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this hotel! Staff was very friendly and polite, rooms were super clean, modern and cozy. Equipped with all the necessary facilities such as air conditioner, TV and a minibar. There was no tea kettle (as listed in the room description), but a nice surprise was that there was a drinking water dispenser with both cold and hot water on every floor! So, if needed, you could get something warm and cold to drink. The bathroom was very spacious and sparkling clean. The breakfast was amazing- super rich, for both sweet and savory taste. It featured all the classic breakfast dishes such as cereal and eggs, but also some oriental sweets, which was a nice bonus! The location is perfect as well- right next to one of the main attractions in Banja Luka, the Ferhadija Mosque. Probably the best hotel in Banja Luka, recommend to everyone!

Good location in the city centre. The lady on reception tried hard to get us a taxi since our flight got diverted via Zagreb and we were left by a bus at Banja Luka Airport past midnight with no taxis around. No taxi wanted to take us without a Bosnian mobile number either. She really saved us and we are very grateful to her about it. If someone from the management reads that it was on the night 20/21.07. The breakfast was also very good with large choice fir every taste.

A bit small space in the room but just for a sleepover was alrught

Hotel Ideja is located in a very central location in the city which is walking distance from most attractions, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent.

Nothing in particular, If I had my time again I would have booked a longer stay in Banja Luka. I also would have potentially opted for one of the larger rooms.

This is a nice small hotel. The room is cozy. The bed is too soft to our taste, but it is OK. The staff is also OK, however they doesn't speak english it seems. The breakfast was superb! Free parking is available near the hotel.

The room is super small, probably it is because of being an economy room. The shower has no door, so the whole bathroom could be flooded after a shower.

The staff was extremely helpful! Especially the owner, he looked after us extremely well and he made us feel like we were the only guests on the property. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the chocolate on our pillow at night was a touch I did not expect but appreciated after a long day! The rooms were very clean and tidy! Also the hotel lobby was very pleasant to sit at! Even the staff that did not speak English would go out of their way to help and try and communicate!

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was in the attic that gave a bit of confined feeling in a way, and the skylight just above the bed was good. The room was clean and efficient.

The light bulb of the desk lamp was burnt out when I arrived. I asked the reception to bring a spare, but it was not delivered. It seems not all the staff taking turns at the reception knows what and how about the facility.

Very comfortable hotel with good beds, close to the city center. Excellent staff and value for money. We stayed in the suite. This room has plenty of space and is perfect for a family with older kids. The hotel has its own secure parking space. We loved the beds :-)

Nothing, although a kettle in the room would be nice.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean, great location and on site parking, will definitely sleep there again. I like my water mild in the morning, so the staff was nice and helpful the first day, and the next day, they knew it and did it automatically. Professional, courteous and friendly.

Perhaps it would be nice if room on toilet was a bit wider, given the shower wall made it very narrow. Other than that, it was worth it

Very good, central location. Free, comfortable parking. Very polite, helpful and flexible staff. Good selection of foods at the breakfast table. Modern atmosphere. Comfortable bed. Fridge in the room.

Our room was small, can be uncomfortable for long staying because of lack of real garderobe and a lot of slanting roof area with low room height.
