Amazing view from my room to both the Cross Hill and the Apparition Hill. Literally just 5 minutes from the church. Free parking space in the backyard. New hotel with fresh furniture, bathrooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast included, and if you ask the dinner will be served to you, too. This is family owned and run hotel, very hospitable attitude and service from managers and administrators. I am thankful a lot!

Spotlessly clean , very comfortable bed and good waterfall shower . Lots of space in bedroom . very good breakfast . last but not least very delightful and helpful staff who spoke good english. Would highly recommend particularly as it represents excellent value for money.

Housekeeping didn’t make our bed or empty our bin, clean our bathroom on the second day we stayed. This is the first time this has happened to us in a hotel but maybe it’s the Bosnian way ?

Close proximity to the Shrine of Our Lady. As Medjugorje visitors are mainly pilgrims, this is a well located property about 10 minutes’ walk from St. James Church, which is one of the places where the apparitions of Our Lady took place. Apparition Hill, is about 30 mts from the hotel. Property looks relatively new and had plenty of free car parking. Hotel had nice air-conditioned rooms with comfortable bed and was provided with free Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, phone etc. Bathroom was also very neat and was provided with free toiletries and hair dryer. The church could be seen from our windows. All staff in front office were very polite and willing to help. While checking-in we requested for coffee and the receptionist happily gave it and he didn’t charge for the same. There are plenty of restaurants on the way from the hotel to the Church. Kravice Falls is about 30 minutes by car from the hotel. Great price for such a pleasant stay including breakfast and such a nice location.

Breakfast spread was not so much, however, satisfactory.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offered valuable tips about Medugorje but also went up and above giving us upgraded room because our room wasn't ready when we arrived but we arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled check in time. They also extended our check out without extra charges. They gave us discount vouchers for 20% off at selected shops in the center of Medugorje. Overall staff made us feel at home when staying at this beautiful hotel.

new and modern hotel. rooms with perfect cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows above expectations. we rested very well and the hotel is in a great location. Hearty international breakfast. They even provided me with gluten-free bread that I didn't have with me! What about simply fantastic !!!!

Niente era tutto perfetto

A very cozy, welcoming hotel just a few meters away from Medugorje sanctuary. Simple but nice breakfast in a breakfast room filled with Catholic imagery, which is so nice and refreshing to see! A good sized parking is available also, and the rooms are comfy, silent, spacious. The bathroom was one of the most clean bathrooms I've ever seen in an hotel in quite a while.

Deadline for check-in. We had to rush from the sanctuary's late night vigil because the check-in had a time limit. So we could not participate in the whole ceremony due to this check-in restriction.

The room was so nice and big, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist whenever you needed something. The breakfast was nice—delicious and complete. Everything was clean, and the location is perfect. I hope to come back again.

There was nothing I didn’t like; everything met or exceeded my expectations.

My father had a birthday and they were so nice and wanted to make surprise even if I didn't say a single thing. I forgot the candles for the cake and I thought okay , never mind. And ,guess what? They put some candles on. Those little things really made us feel welcomed . My father was soooo happy and we had a really nice time staying in the hotel.

The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful and the hotel was so well located in Medjugorje. It was very clean and modern and there was a lovely friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful village of Medjugorje. Thérése & Maire
