Perfect location, super clean, friendly staff. Everything you want in a hotel was there. I especially loved the pressure on the shower and the shampoo/body wash provided; this is something as a traveller after a long day out you want to come back to your hotel and be able to enjoy. Location wise its mere steps to all the restaurants and bars

If I'm forced to find something unsuitable to us its maybe that room was a little unfriendly for toddlers with sharp glass edges on the coffee and bedside tables; but thats me being forced to find something we didn't like.

It’s a lovely hotel on the old town but unfortunately the night we were there, the electrical system had gone down and the air conditioning was not working and they were experiencing some higher temperatures. There are some lovely big windows that would have been nice to open and have air flow, unfortunately our room opened up onto a late night bar with loud music playing till after midnight. Probably a room not backing onto the bar and we would have got a better night sleep

Everything was great except of the breakfast that was tragic

Breakfast was awful! They offer a very limited choice (forget about buffet). Basically only omelletas. Mine was very dry, bad tasted and they served it with a ketchup. They have to drastically improve their breakfast to fit their rating.

Perfect location, friendly and professional stuff, parking in front of hotel (5€/day), room decoration (which I don't like but) is perfect for hotel in historical, old, town. Room is very well equipped, big bed, sofa, huge TV (I hope it works, didn't try it), good hairdryer (not anemic hotel type), a lot of pillows, basket for towels (no need to throw them on floor...

Breakfast is choice of 3 types of eggs, one sweet breakfast and one "fit" breakfast. Coffee included. It's not that bad (taste and size are OK) but when you see Hotel location, room, general service, this breakfast is not appropriate.

Location is the best you can get in Trebinje. Room and all the details were beautiful, beds comfortable and everything worked great! We travelled with 2 big kids and we had room for everyone. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, would have love to stay longer.

Charge for the coffee (3KM) of the coffee machine in the room. Breakfast menus were in the room but not in the breakfast area.

City center - pedestrian zone, vast room, modern facilities, clean, helpful staff, ....

Parking problem: Parking is provided, but sometimes there is no space, not because of the guests, but due to very impertinent inhabitants of Trebinje: They simply cut the rope and park with no permission (Hotel parking is chargeable). There is no cooperation with the police concerning this matter. Hotel staff is trying and fighting with this, but with no luck. It looks that in small town everybody knows everybody, and the authorities are not an exception...

Very comfortable , clean & well equipped. Right in the old city so easy walk to restaurants & sights.

It wasn’t a big problem but we weren’t aware that there was a charge for parking till we checked out. I didn’t see anything on the sight that said ‘paid parking’ only ‘private parking’. But definitely a bonus to have parking in the city & close by!

Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious and well maintained, deserves its 4 stars. Location can't get any closer and the staff are really helpful. One staff member walked me to an ATM rather than try and explain. The manager was really helpful in organising a taxi onto Kotor. Trebinje is a real surprise, lovely little city and less touristy than Mostar.

This was such a comfortable mattress and we slept unusually well for a hotel. The room is impeccably clean (to my high personal standards!). The room and the bathroom were large and modern and just great. We loved the included breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The coffee was great, food delicious, and atmosphere and location were wonderful.

Other than the fact that people still smoke inside downstairs, there is nothing negative to add here.

We came to the Hotel and City by coincidence. It is located right in the old town of the city and surprised us with the cute rooms in classic outfit. The beds where super comfortable and all was well taken care of. The staff was super friendly and the food & kitchen chef are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay in this small hotel.

Parking is located outside of the old town area. secured but we didnt feel comfortable leaving our motorcycles outside.
