Great site for the hotel, the breakfast is ok, could be a little better compared to the other parts of the hotel. The food in general is average, we had one dinner and one of the plates was super greasy fried stuff.

I had ordered a birthday cake and it never arrived. I had to complain to Have it removed from the bill. The checkout was at 10am, we asked to leave a little later but were declined even though it was Monday and the hotel was not full. In generalI thought that the service was not kind to the guest.

A little peace of heaven in Bombinhas! Everything about the place is amazing and relaxing! Staff are helpful and friendly, facilities are great, breakfast is good, comfortable beds and location is also good.

Bathrooms are a bit small and can benefit from a renovation! Same goes for the shower. Breakfast is great but I suggest putting labels in all plates so the guests know what it is. A toaster would also be very welcome.

Amazing hotel! Amazing view, staff, and food. A private beach was super nice to have. We ask for massages and the lady was super nice and thoughtful. Easy to pay for consumables and fast checkout. Definitely want to be back.

The food was a bit pricey in the restaurant. The breakfast had an amazing selection and flavorful options, but we were expecting a quiet and pleasant time instead every day we could hear the kitchen talking and laughing very loudly. Overall a good stay.

The room, the location, the cleanliness, and the food, are always perfect for our stay here. Easy to find the hotel and very beautiful, nice to walk around, we did some massages it was great to have the option so close to the ocean. Nice restaurant staff.

The reception staff didn’t explain much, we had to keep asking about everything how things worked in the hotel, like hours..., anyway, I like informative reception people. The women kept talking personal stuff with each other and didn’t seem to give us a nice approach, looks like in their faces, an obligation to be there. I didn’t like that. Also, they have a horse tied in close to the hotel, it was really sad and unnecessary to see that. I thought the guy who works at night at the entrance was a bit rude and kept asking unnecessary questions since he already knew that we were coming and who we were. When we checked out we were leaving and another car was approaching and almost hit us, we were a bit mad because he was there doing nothing, not even getting out of the post to help. anyway, things happen and we left not 100% satisfied. Also, the breakfast was filled with flies and bees and they didn’t turn on the ceiling fan, I think they should upgrade the breakfast and do something about it, such a nice hotel to not have an upgraded and clean breakfast.
