Stunning rooms with breathtaking views and surroundings. Comfortable, romantic and spacious. An absolute paradise and lovely staff. Excellent breakfast and service!

When we stayed there was building construction on the access road to the property. This along with the rain made the access to the property non-accessible by foot. This became frustrating particularly as despite being in a great location we had to continuously pay for a taxi to go to the main road (5 minutes walk). The hotel should consider extending their own shuttle service when the pathways are too muddy/blocked for guests to walk. Constantly paying for a taxi to get in and out the property amounted to a costly inconvenience.

The pictures don't make it justice. This is THE BEST VIEW in the whole of the island. 3 times, when doing tours, the guides would point up (from the beach/ sea) and say "that inn on the top of the hill is the most exclusive view you can get, with a price tag to match". You literally wake up to a postcard, no other buildings on sight. Just the mountain, the beach and the sea. As for everything else: Staff is 11/10. Very attentive from beginning to end. Included breakfast again 11/10. Good quality, great selection. We actually ordered some additional stuff from the kitchen during breakfast and we're surprised when we looked at the bill and it wasn't an extra. The room is 10/10, spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom. They even left little sweets for us at our first and last night. The pool, again, has the best view you will ever lounge to. The hotel thoroughly exceeded expectations.

I couldn't think of a single problem with my stay, not even if I tried very hard. This is the perfect place. I'm not kidding.

For being an eco pousada, there were a few things that were not aligned to this ethos or the overall : small toiletries that were imported, small plastic water bottles in the room (we went to the bar everyday to fill our large bottles, but each room should have a pitcher or larger vessel), new towels each day, air conditioning left on after service. The island made us surrender plastic bags when we landed, so this was a bit conflicting to me, but I will attribute it to being newer.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the concierge helped us book everything from restaurant to buggys, scuba dives, and equipment. The bed was very comfortable, the view from the room was breathtaking, the pool and facilities were clean and kept well. The food at the restaurant was a bit expensive but super delicious! It didn't come cheap, but it was all worth the price for the view and the level of service you will receive.

Best location on the island with a stunning view of the ocean and the Pico. Every breakfast, lunch or sunset drinks there are special. Rooms have the perfect view and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. We loved our stay at Akana, the perfect place to stay to visit Noronha.

Nothing, it was all perfect

It was without a doubt the best place I stayed in my life. I also believe it was the best place on the island. I can't recommend it enough, the magnificent view, great staff, super helpful, treated us with so much kindness. Top.

The best view among island hotels in our opinion. The highlight is the incredible staff: gave great ideias of what to do and where to eat and then arranged everything we needed. Truly world class service.

Excellent location and view! The staff were all very nice and also spoke English. The concierge (Carol) was awesome! The communication via WhatsApp was excellent! We will stay here again!

The staff is fantastic, making all the efforts to make this a holiday to remember. Amazing views, the sunset is absolutely incredible. The pictures cannot possibly show the actual beauty of the Pousada.
