Friendly staff and bed was super comfortable. But couldn’t sleep due to loud Music from Club next to hotel!!!

Across the street a venue ran til very late in the morning. I couldn’t get to sleep til way after 2am. Went down to speak to staff members, who in formed me they do have issues with the owners concerning this matter. I was on the 11th floor but could still hear the base of their music. Sounds like a Local Council issue which needs to be dealt with. Not good next to a 4 star hotel. With ‘Business professionals’ who require a good nights sleep!!! This hotel is not cheap either. So one expects a good night sleep, ready for a work meeting the next day!!

The staff was extremely helpful. We had a great ocean view, and the room was very big, with a wonderful bed and pillow and a really good shower. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had at a hotel. The location was great, and there were lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

The staff were incredible friendly! The second we arrived we received a warm welcome and plenty of recommendations to fill our stay. I can honestly say each and every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make our stay pleasant!

The decor is a bit outdated and will need updating soon. At the same time we were missing sun umbrellas by the pool area.

Staff were fabulous. Without demeaning any of his colleagues, receptionist Thiago in particular was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and should be commended as a credit to his employers

Restaurant meals were poor value for money, undercooked and served too cold.

Everything was just perfect! Big, clean room, next to the shopping mall and the restaurants, nice promenade and it was an amazing location for celebrating New Year!

Quite far away from the beaches and sand dunes, took us around 1.5 hours to get there.

The hotel is very nicely located near the water front, and close to shopping, restaurantes and bars. It is very nice to run along the water front, and it is a very safe area. The room was large and the wifi worked very well all the time.

The gym was small, but this was not a major issue.

A wonderful hotel, the service at reception, the cleanliness and quietness of the room. Excellent breakfast. Location close to very good restaurants.

I think the parking fee could be a little lower than the amount charged. That's my tip.

Staff friendly and helpful

Small room. They didnt offer me packed breakfast as i left before breakfast time but have been offered packed brekfast in other hotels.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location is very good, close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Unfortunately there was no room service during my stay. Also, one female receptionist was a unhelpful when I asked her to call a tour for some information, because I don't speak portuguese; instead, she told me to write via whatsapp.
