The location is great , easy access to the beach and amenities

The staff who clean the rooms and work in the breakfast area were so shy or miserable never smile.

Lovely decor, comfortable beds, attentive reception staff, safe on site parking, very clean rooms and amazing views. Location was fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle so was a nice peaceful place and only short walking distances to some nice restaurants.

Unfortunately I forgot to call ahead to advise of strict dietary requirements for gluten and dairy free, therefore couldn’t eat much of the breakfast.

I booked this place for my parents as a thanks for so much help they gave us in our wedding. They loved the place. Very close to everything and with space for parking. Plus breakfast was included as default. They are also very responsive when you message them.

They could put a soup dish on the bathroom sink, but that's not a deal breaker

The Inn is typical for island accommodations. The staff was beyond helpful with my stay. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of the inn.

The breakfast time might be earlier, maybe from 7 to 10am .

We had booked the property thinking we would get a sea view. However, we stayed in a old bungalow that had no view and was backing up a busy street. It felt very 'scammy' to do that. The bungalow was old, had no nets to protect from the infamous 'borrachudos' (little black flies present on Ilhabela) and had a kitchen that was lacking. The breakfast had a poor selection of food especially considering the price point. Overall we had a poor experience and would not come back. Ilhabela though is absolutely gorgeous and well worth a come back!

Nothing. The room was terrible. The bathroom mirror was very old and stained. The bathroom door could not be closed. The front door had not lock on the glass door. The wall in front of the room was totally fool of moss and mold. In summary, terrible place to stay.

Specially when I asked my reservation for the next 2 days (it was a 3 days reservation) to be cancelled and they denied. They said that this was not refundable and they would not cancel. At the end, after complying a lot, they said they would cancel the charge for these 2 days. Another point is that they still have old format (with 2 pins) power outlets.
