The hotel, the rainforest style setting, the romantic bungalows, the staff and the breakfast were amazing. We also love the hotels beach club, by any means the best in the region. Above all the local wildlife around our bungalows was like a little zoo, saguis, timbus etc were lovely. We really got attched to Manoel the cat owner. Cant wait to come back. Thank you

The property is amazing and the location is fantastic! Everything was beatiful, very well kept and clean. It is like you are in the jungle and then you walk out the front gate and you are right in the heart of Pipa. We saw monkies, and a huge iguana right from our breakfast table. Also saw lots of lizards and birds. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff are very professional and very helpful!

I cannot think of anything that we did not like. It was all fantastic!

There wasn’t much that we didn’t really like but it could be more lit so that you are able to see your feet in front of you while walking at night.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The hotel is very well located, near the main beaches and restaurants. despite a very central location, you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. The room was large and so well decorated. Very professional and friendly staff

Magnificent feeling of relaxation and calm. The food is impeccable..the employees are lovely and considerate, warm and efficient. The natural environment with sculptures and art throughout was a delight.

needs some upgrade inside rooms, charging for expresso coffee in room or at breakfast is way too much considering the room rate, sauna could be working during the day, improve acoustic in rooms downstairs as you can hear people walking, talking, etc.

Facilities were amazing. Staff super friendly. Delicious breakfast (very complete). The property is located inside a stunning private natural reserve. Pools and sauna were great. We had amazing dinner experiences at the property restaurant.

Unfortunately they charge for a espresso at the breakfast. As coffee enthusiasts, we found that a bit of unpleasant experience for a super expensive 5-star hotel. Also the espresso machine available at the room are from a proprietary manufacturer, making it impossible to find coffee pods at the local markets.

The hotel provides a deep dive into the nature. Lots of tree and animals, a very quiet and pleasant place. Rooms are large and extremely comfortable. We liked every single thing. The breakfast is simply marvelous, with an amazing service, food, in close contact with the nature. It is like a peace of paradise. The Hotel has a private bar at Minas Beach, which offers beach chair, towels, shower as well as drinks and food (drink and food are not included). This is amazing because Minas Beach is not crowd and isolated, being a perfect place for pictures and, of course, enjoy the sea. The restaurant is spectacular, food is great but a little bit expensive. However, given the rustic environment, service and quality, the price is very much acceptable compared to other restaurants in the city. We stayed at a special apartment.

We had a small problem during Check-in, in which we had to wait for almost five hours, because they only release the room at 05pm, without possibility for a early checkin, even though the room is free and ready. We arrived at noon, they informed us the room was being cleaned, but it took almost five hours to get the keys. We woke up at 2am for this trip, so this waiting time was a little hard for us and, unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed at a first glance.

A perfect stay for couples or someone looking for a place for a rest! All rooms are beautiful and in a very good environment.

Everything was perfect, so there is nothing to complain. For those, who are looking for a ocean front hotel, of course is not the case, but the beach is quite near.
