The staff is indeed great, the food (breakfast and dinner offered in the package) is excellent. The beach in front of the hotel and the pool + amenities for the kids are really nice. It’s really clean and it feels premium for a 4 star resort.

The road to the resort is in very poor shape. This forbids guests to easily drive in and out of the resort with comfort. It makes no sense that such a nice resort has poorly accessible roads. Besides, the rooms are not really nicely acoustically isolated. The windows and doors need to be better isolated to avoid unnecessary noisy coming into the room.

The infrastructure was very nice, very nice buffet with a lot to choose from. Very relaxing atmosphere with quality live music every night. Swimming pool is very enjoyable and there is a beach with no waves since its protected by a reef. Very good hospitality. you get a free shirt upon arrival and welcome drinks and water + snacks when you leave.

The resort is a bit further away from porto de galhinas and the road leading to it in very bad shape but will be renovated in July/August. Expect a lot of families/children. the beach (with beach bar) is rather narrow so it's quite packed.

Great apartment, literally 5 feet from the beach. The private pool was also amazing. The water was always warm, even early in the morning or late at night. The pool bar was very helpful and with quite reasonable prices. This is as close of paradise you can get on earth.

No duvets at the hotel. The place is quite hot, but whenever the AC is on, we could use some warmer blankets.

The hotel was very new and stylishly decorated. The pool area is wonderful. Super easy access to the beach. Nice views.

The location is far away from Porto de Galinhas, the city near by. It would be great if the hotel was offering some type of free transport there, like a van service. The beach is quite narrow and it is a bit annoying all the sellers trying to sell various products to you.

The stay was wonderful overall. We were travelling with our 1.5 year old twins and the facilities were great. There is a small pantry for babies to sterilise bottles with a microwave and fruit available whenever you want. Lots of places to play and the staff were very helpful, friendly and never made us feel bad when our girls made a mess at breakfast. There are lots of families with children there so probably not the best if you are a solo traveller or looking for a romantic stay, but amazing for families. They even had babysitters available if you want some time together with your partner.

The shower had a lot of mould stains in the grout. It didn’t smell bad so probably just stained but I would think with a place like this they would service the showers more. Other than that the breakfast got a little boring by the end because it’s the same everyday and the food over all in the resort was hit and miss. Somethings we ordered were amazing and others really bad.

Personnel is nice and attentive, we spent almost a week at the hotel.

We liked everything, in order to mention something I would say It would be nice to have a children playroom with more games and personnel watching them . The playroom is very small and only suitable for toddlers

The hotel is on the beach with beautiful calm ocean to swim in front. The hotel plans many activities and offers kayaks and paddle boards for guests. Pool and outside area is spacious and beautiful. The hotel is well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There are activities for children. Breakfast is well presented and tasty. The rooms are clean and comforting.

Restaurant is not large enough and ends up too busy. Food quality is ok at best

The pools were great for a family with a kid. The beach in front is superior, if compared to some other resorts in the same area. Restaurant was nice.

The underground game & play rooms. Small, dark and feel very detached from everything else. In a rainy day it was obvious how the place could’ve benefited from a larger and more comfortable entertainment area.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and always smiling. Great food all around. Good drinks and activities for all ages.
