This hotels is to the back of an alley in the busy neighborhood of copacabana, meaning that is is actually QUIET, and sunny and airy. This is exceptional in such neighborhood and in all of zona sul. This hotel has INDIRECT LIGHTING in the bedrooms. Most hotels have horrible fluorescent white light coming from the ceiling and this one too, but it also has two different LOW pleasurable relaxing WARM INDIRECT LIGHTING in, I believe, all double rooms. Really good value. I liked the breakfast and always looked forward to it - lots of options such as fruit, scrambled eggs, homemade cake daily and most importantly good coffee. Once I had a request regarding food and the lady was super friendly about it, unfortunately I don't know her name... but their staff is great. The wifi worked without worked trouble. The location is what I liked the most. It's located on a little deadend street, which makes it safer (as a woman travelling alone) and just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach!

The shower head had to be in a certain position to not flood the bathroom, had to mop the floor as I didn't know

No remote control for the air conditioning The bedroom has a concrete wall view . I stayed on 2° floor and early morning I could hear all the noise from the kitchen preparing breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The location is superb, just two blocks from the beach, and two blocks from the Metro, in a quiet and secure cul-de-sac. The staff were very nice, and although none of them spoke English, they were helpful and using Google translate it was possible to communicate. The breakfast was included, a buffet with a wide variety of food and drinks. Internet worked well, and there was an A/C in the room. And the price was very reasonable, absolutely great value. If I ever come back to Rio, I know exactly where to stay!

Room could use a mirror, apart from the one in the bathroom and a better kept shower (cleaning-wise).

This place offers excellent basic accommodation facilities, great location. The single room that I stayed in was good size, bathroom was fine, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, very good breakfast, wifi worked fine.

The hotel was clean and they serve a standard breakfast. Reception friendly and helpful although they don't speak English. They used Google translate which helped a lot. Excellent and save location. 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is in a side street with little noise which was awesome I will stay there again when visiting Rio

Breakfast was good. Had abit of everything. Hot eggs. Sausages. Cous cous. Toast. Ham. Cheese. Orange juice. Coffeee. Cereals. Etc etc.

Hardly any staff spoke english. Google translate was there to help however

A good value for money if you’re looking for stay over for one night only. Their installations are humble and location is good.
