Deo helped me use the laundry when I had a problem with the OMO app. I had a restful night's sleep. One of the standout features of the apartment was the double-pane window, which significantly reduced the noise from the nearby airport flight path. Located in Moema I had easy access to super mart nearby Nataura local restaurants, bars, and Ibirapuera shopping mall is close-by. there is a ATM in citycoaix of the mall that worked well on weekends. there is a bradesco branch 20min by uber that has its ATM lobby open on weekends and Sundays. The proximity to CGH Congonhas Airport also made traveling in and out to Rio de Janiero a breeze Allure Moema offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and will certainly be returning on my next trip to Moema

I wish they would join a loyalty program to reward guests with frequent stays. All of the major brands have a loyalty or points program. The rates for direct booking are higher than using booking. com. It is Odd to have higher rates when booking directly than going through a platform that takes a percentage of the fee. (shrug) so I stopped reserving directly and went through booking.com for cheaper rates

Remarkably quiet given that low flying planes to the nearby airport fly overhead, the gym is simple but a very pleasant space to workout, the young women at reception were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, bed comfortable. There's LOTS of cabinet space! The neighborhood is quaint, a market just a short walk away and a quite nice Japanese restaurant across the street. There's a laundry room downstairs for a fee. The breakfast is ok, not great.

A few basics were missing from the room and kitchen, nothing to clean inside, a few basic kitchen utensils missing, though a few of them were quickly supplied upon our request. Overhead bright white light is the only interior lighting at night. These are minor complaints I would suggest the management consider.

Two blocks away OMO Lavanderia Especializada Moema Nhambiquaras . it is full service OMO laundry with staff. drop off clothes in morning pickup sameday. clean and folded.

This was an excellent condo suite to stay in for a week's visit. The windows have two different window panes to reduce the noise from the airplanes at CGH airport. I finally slept well in Moema. The place is convenient for everything within walking distance in the Moema neighborhood. I will absolutely stay here again.
