Very convenient location, they have pool, refrigerator, stove and balcony.

When we checked in, the apartment was not clean at all. There were hair in the floors, mirrors were not clean, utensils were not clean. Trash barrel in the bathroom was way too small. Kitchen utensils need to be replaced, scratched pans. Bathroom sink has mold - it needs to be bleached. I had a long stay (one month), I paid cleaning twice and it was a waste of money - they do not clean! For the price I paid, it was expensive for the dirty place. Anyways, the area was the only good thing about this stay. The neighbor was very annoying, he gave parties everyday. Very loud and said a lot of bad words.

Location is great with many restaurants and services less than a block away. Apartment is relatively quiet as well although you can hear airplanes approaching the nearby airport.

Apartment needed some attention on maintenance and cleanliness. It is still a very new apartment, but bathroom had a few issues in the cabinets and faucets. Overall it looked like it was not cleaned well and there was a missing sheet on bed

Very nice room, in a good location, and I loved the view from my balcony. Lumiko was also very nice and helpful. pool, gym, and sauna were fantastic.

I had very noisy neighbours who had parties every night, which affected my enjoyment of my stay. communication wasn’t great either - they use an automated service through WhatsApp which is only available in Portuguese and they would take ages to answer.

The lack of utensils coffee machine didn't work hairdryer couldn't plug in anywhere ,it was there hairdryer by the way the it was pretty bare security staff are useless its a nightmare to get in and out Internet didn't work could hear next doors tv no kettle sauna was out of action

The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious

The check-in process for foreign (non-Portuguese speakers is very difficult). If you don't use WhatsApp you cannot use this property.

It was very easy to access the apartment, since a door code was shared previously.

The only downside it was that at the reception, all the time it was needed to confirm the apartment and the full name. I think it would be easier in case it was able to get to the building with maybe typing a code as well as in the apartment.

Simple , modern and clean

No frills, hassle free to get in and out, feels like home to me. Excellent location.

There is no broom or vaccum cleaner in the apartment - we are unable to keep it clean by ourselves There was no iron in the apartment I stayed in, nor an iron table
