The place was clean, spacious and the breakfast was really good! The rooms even had a balcony with a great view, we could even see the São Silvestre runners passing by. Also the check out was super quick.
The price for the breakfast was a bit salty, although delicious. But one day we arrived half an hour before closing time and there was barely any food. Also, there was no free water in the rooms, they would charge 8 reais for a bottle.

Clean n big Rooms. TV for all rooms. Toilets big n clean. Soundproof doors. Breakfast having good spread. Safety n security is good. Location debatable since I went for work so no problem. But i cannot choose this location for leisure trip as it’s far from centres.
Not having enough utensils. Not giving free drinking water.

The room layout didn't match the photos. But it was comfortable and spacious with a kitchen. The windows blocked out any street noise well. Neighborhood seemed pretty safe. My wife took walks with the dog, and had no trouble by herself. Parking was 30 Reais for guests, good for 24 hours in and out. WiFi worked well, good tv channel selection.
