Location is excellent with Morumbi shopping mall just across the street for all essentials. Room size was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Apparently the vent in bathroom is operated only periodically. This gives a lingering foul smell in bathroom when you return to your room after few hours. Its better to carry a room spray or some essential oil. Also, Complementary water bottles in room will be helpful.

Brazilian breakfast good but not Excellent

I have forgotten my A23 charger in the room after check-out. I called the Hotel after 15 minutes, the employees were giving me other phone numbers, and no one was volunteering to check or pick up the equipment and at least leave it at the reception, because my girlfriend works in front of the Mall. Unfortunately, they disappeared with the charger. I called several numbers that they gave me and no one got back to me. For the love of your personal stuff, don't leave anything in the bedroom or you might never get it back. Little things show big details

The attention was very good. Front desk team did an early check-in without any extra cost. Room was clean and according to expectations. Good breakfast and great location (right in front of Morumbi Shopping and Market Place Shopping).

Towels in bad condition, too much used. Breakfast was good, but the sound/music was little bit high and songs more appropriated for a lunch or happy hour.

Good hotel, pleasant experience, could use a nice refurbishing, but the overall experience was ok. The breakfast is very good and the staff was nice too.

The bedroom and the hotel common areas were a bit worn out (furniture a bit old and full of spots). The gym is from the 90s, more than half of the equipment was broken and unusable.

Good facilities and superb location, close to a big shopping mall with plenty of options for a quick unplanned meal. The pool had an ok size, but it has both indoor and outdoor sides, so you can always enjoy it. Breakfast was very good too.

Nothing really worthy of mentioning. Perhaps the elevator queues, sometimes they were a bit busy and you'd have to wait a few minutes. But that's very minor.

I loved the comfort of my room, the cleanliness and the order.

I didn't like the excessive noise due to maintenance work, that we couldn't check in beforehand even though we paid more and that they didn't speak English or Spanish in such a touristy area

Continently located across the Morumbi Shopping mall. Easy to reach from Congonhas airport. The bed mattress was comfortable (I often encounter very hard/stiff mattresses). The breakfast buffet offers a large variety of options.

Some parts/items in the rooms could be refreshed/upgraded, eg the electric plug of the air dryer needed a constant pressure to work.

The location is great if you are moving around the Morumbi area. Safe and relaxed area and it is relatively close to other areas such as Pinheiros and Avenida Paulista by Metro, although not too close to the center of the city.

it is quite far from the airport

Amazing staff - everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit, juices, cakes, bread, everything you can think of. Spacious rooms with very comfortable mattresses. The hotel is located right across from Morumbi Mall, which is a great place to go for shopping and meals.

Conveniently located close to the Morumbi shopping mall and several offices nearby. Room quality is excellent with well insulated walls. The breakfast was great with a fantastic selection of fruits, juices and breads. Reception staff were superb as well.

The shower and bathroom could be renovated, but overall it's functional yet it does feel dated.
