The hotel has a very friendly relaxed chilled vibe, and the staff are so warm, friendly and above all so helpful. It was my birthday and they were so l lovely, they upgraded my room and when I returned from the gym, they left me a birthday cake and a beautiful card, I was so touched. The breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast team were wonderful, always happy and smiling, In fact everybody I came into contact with who worked there, were amazing, the reception team, security, and my favourite, the beautiful room attendant. Every morning she would greet me with a beautiful smile and as I left the room I would hear her lovely voice singing as she cleaned the room. The location is perfect, you have it all bars, clubs, restaurants, gyms, 2 minutes to Parque Augusta, Shopping Frei Caneca Mall and Avenida Paulista. I have stayed in many hotels in Sao Paulo, but this is the best, just perfect.

Good location in a lovely neighborhood. Fantastic staff, smiley and friendly. Cozy room, very silent and ventilate. Good breakfast with variety and healthy options. With good wifi and internet, I had meetings without problems and worked without interruptions for a week.

The room has good space, but the bathroom is small. The towel was in a bad state; I suggest replacing the old ones. The room lacked light spots getting pretty dark at night, making my later work hours hard. The cabinet has bad disposal, I would prefer some space to easy open the baggage.

the place is in a great location - hotel has some age, but was built in a first-class manner. marble floors in lobby with very cool art piece - I got the deluxe king - which was huge and the bed absolutely awesome. great wood floors - just a great feel all around. a few tweaks though would truly add to the overall feel.

I think they did not have room service, which seemed bizarre for an upper crust hotel. The gym was decent, could use a touch of an upgrade.

The staff were amazing. Good location for acces to trains etc. We had gone for the grand Prix and it was easy acces by train.

The hotel is a little dated but it was comfortable enough. The lighting needs an update, otherwise to switch off light you have to walk in the dark.

Nice location near the Center. Perfect for a 1-3 day stay in SP. I stayed there for a connection to GRU from SC.

Although it’s very good located the are some some homeless/crack add nearby. Then it is not ideal for walking alone or with family.

Location, it was walking distance to a small mall and easy to get around.

I wish it included some water bottles with the room cost, but not a big deal honestly just a preference if it did. It had a mini bar so the water in the room was for sale.

We liked the comfort of the bed, the size of the room and most definitely, the breakfast. The variety of food, fruits, breads and beverages at breakfast was great. We loved it. The location was pretty good. Super close to Frey Caneca mall.

I didn't like the fact that after we took a shower, water was accumulated inside the shower space. That's the only thing we disliked.

The room is spacious and the hygienic control is good. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are very kind. Very nice in overall.

Nothing. There was no glass or cup in the room. It is not convenient but I suppose that it is due to the hygienic issue.
