Comfortable and safe environment to stay when exploring Sao Paulo. Good pizza restaurant at front of property (hotel owned). Good bars within 50m. Good Metro access.

Area is considered unsafe after dark by locals (our guide warned us and it's pretty obvious anyway to be fair). Don't wander too far after dark, and not at all late on, unless getting a taxi to/from the property.

The location is not bad but it’s in the centre of São Paulo, a bit dangerous to walk around. Better get around by Uber than walking.

I bought a bottle of wine and they haven’t a wine bottle opener. It’s a simple thing to have it and give a quick help to the customer. Luckily the restaurant nearby had it and opened it for me.

Very quiet room (326). There is no noise either inside or from outside. Excellent mattress. Sleeping is perfect. Location is good (5 minuts walking to metro station). Hot water pressure is perfect. Very clean room. The hotel and it's territory are well guarded. Freindly and helpful staff. The price was more then reasonable. Recommended place.

Tiny room. The sink is outside the bathroom, near the bed. There is no any kind of table.

I liked the rooms have a safe and a small fridge with Water. Despite the fact that is located at a large Avenue, there was no noise during my stay. The location is somewhat safe, considering the São Paulo current standards.

The Water Basin is located at the room and it is a really bit narrow to place the personal care goods. The breakfast was better the last times I stayed at this hotel, but it was still OK.

Love the price, the comfort, the american style hotel experience, the free wifi. I wish I had stayed more nights here. Nothing like a good quiet hotel.

I thought the breakfast was well stocked with diverse options but it just didn't taste very good. The eggs and pao de quiejo all tasted off...

Close to subway some staff was very nice and competent. The manager was a bit rude

Employees should know what hospitality business is about it. Specially persons in charge. Room was very tights barely fitted the two beds I understand if we were in Nyc or Tokyo but in Brazil I wasn’t expecting that rooms are so small

No carts for lyggage. Its a long walk from the front of the building to the check in desk and the elevator

for the location the hotel is extremely good, safe, and the price is really good and for all I would think that were more expensive.

Some rooms are really small, so if you have a big suitcase it gets a little too small
