A nice getaway place in Tutong Town. The check in process was fast and hassle free. The receptionists were friendly and professionally trained. Since located in Tutong Town a lot of shops are in walking distance. Just below the Hotel is a convenient store SKH, easy to obtain basic needs. You can cook inside the hotel as stove, cutlery, microwave are also provided. Recommended.

Loved the room layout, very spacious and clean. The space felt homey, comfortable and the decor was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was quick. We also loved the view from the pool area. Location was right in Tutong Town so it was easy for us to go downstairs and buy groceries/food.

The breakfast provided was not as impressive (although inclusive), as some of the food was served cold and unappealing, as opposed to food from the restaurant. We asked for a cot for our infant (2 months old) but found that the cot was too deep to take our infant in and out.

Unfortunately we didn’t have chance to have the breakfast there but i assume the food must be good yeahh!! The location actually very strategic for us as non locally from tutong to look for nearest shop.. about parking we not familiar with the area and don’t know where hotel’s paking are so we just park our car nearby.. we enjoy with the swimming pool and the view also very nice..

I didn’t like about the view from our room😂😂😂😂we expecting our view to swimming pool.. maybe next time..

There’s nothing to not love about the Lanes Hotel, Geographically located central to the country it also physically stands out proudly in the lovely town of Tutong, from reception to the room it’s an amazingly well run hotel, people make a place too and all the staff are amazing. I’ll be back for sure.

Leaving it

I booked for 2 nights, and after 5 min in the room I changed my mind and extended for 6 nights... Such a comfortable bed, a kitchen, a washing machine, big shower, spacious room, just 2 min drive from a great and empty beach, and it has even a small balcony, couldn't wish more and I will come back for sure when I will be back in Brunei one day...

location was great, it will better if can serve outdoor table for breakfast to feel good breeze in the morning with good view of the tutong river.

improve better coverage and high speed wifi and extra door lock for extra security.

Few equipment requiring some refurbishment

I found lots of ants on the public spoon which using for take mee hoo, so I called the staff to change it. And also found ants in the fruits plate. I was really shocked. Hope it won’t happen any more. Lost appetite when customers who want to enjoy their breakfast.

Very large room, comfy bed. Nice swimming pool. Nice choices for breakfast. The Wywy chicken grill restaurant just opposite the hotel is a must. Never seen such a huge menu and all amazing.
