Amazing location, at the heart of the city. It is a newly renovated hotel, so the room and everything was spotless, but it also has a lot of character. Exceptional views from the top floors, great experience overall. The room was very tidy and super clean, the A/C worked perfectly. Possibility for indoor (underground) secured parking, paid.

I was looking forward to breakfast but the buffet was kind of a disappointment, even with a hangover. Some items were stale and not fresh, the poached eggs were like hockey pucks, the scrambled eggs were long gone and no one replenished anything. Looked like breakfast was prepared and then left to go. The staff everywhere in the hotel were somehow unenthusiastic and distracted, some also stared a lot… . Others were behaving and commenting out loud rather familiar and unbecoming for a 4* hotel personnel... Those were the only disappointments really, if they could improve (a lot) on those fronts, everything else was perfect.

Everything was perfect. OK almost perfect. However, for Bulgaria that is like 5-Star Four Seasons.

On the reception told us that the pool will be open till 9:00 PM. We show up on 8:10 PM and the staff by the pool area explained us that, 'Better don't go in, because we are closing in 10min.' Either on the reception they should have told us that the swimming pool is open till 8:20, or that swimming pool staff closed the pool 40 min too early. Apart from that is written that the swimming pool is opened till 10:00 PM. To be fair, it is Bulgaria, such things is to be expected.

Clean and modern rooms, well equipped, huge and very comfortable bed, great bathroom, the hotel premises are wide. The breakfast was great with enough variety. Wonderful city and port view from the 10-th floor. WiFi was very good. The location of the hotel is TOP! I would come back to stay here with pleasure. Worth the money, great value.

Some of the hotel reception and breakfast staff should definetely go under decent proffesional edication about comunication with guests, especially in a wondeful 4 star hotel as this one! Not all of them, but enough. The cleaners in the morning on our floor were very loud - they should care more about guests comfort. There could have been a little more toiletries. Parking for guests should be free of charge.

The rooms was realy comfortable and clean, the location - perfect. I liked breakfast too.

On the day of check-in, the staff at the reception were so unpleasant that they even spoiled the start of the holiday, when I asked about the possibility of check in 2 hours earlier, without even checking the reservation, they bitterly replied that the rooms were not ready. More than, I had booked three rooms for my family, two of them were on the 11th floor and one on the 4th floor. When I asked if it was possible to get rooms on the same floor, without even checking, she strictly answered - NO. But I want to thank the woman who was there on the day of departure, she was really helpful.

I booked 4 nights but I extended one more night. Reception personnel are awesome. Cleanliness of room were perfect. Location is perfect.

Please pay more attention to the breakfast variety. I have stayed at this hotel many times, but the cheese is getting worse and worse. Good cheese is the beginning of a good breakfast. Thanks.

We are very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and there was daily cleaning scheduled. The staff was polite and friendly, quick check-in. The location of the hotel is great. One of the biggest benefits for me - the air conditioning doesn't blow directly at you, so no problem to keep it on at night. I have rarely seen this. The second biggest benefit - we were on the 10th floor, which made our room very quiet. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, esp. in terms of fruit. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooms are not very large. No terrace. Very limited parking spots, practically impossible to get one and even if you do - you have to pay 15 BGN for it. Considering the status and price of the hotel, I find this very annoying. If they don't have a parking, they should negotiate with one of the city parkings in the vicinity for guests to park there. Even so, I would still recommend the hotel and go back there.

The room is not very big but clean and with ambient lights. The towels were changed every day. The minibar in the room is very varied. Very nice Spa area. The pool is a bit small compared to the number of rooms, but it was not crowded at all. The children's pool and jacuzzi are separated from the large pool. They also have a bar where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Sauna, massage, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and now for the holidays it was beautifully lit. They have two small parking lots in front and behind the hotel, plus another one 1.5 km away, for a fee, around BGN 20 per day The New Year's Eve dinner menu was rich, beautiful atmosphere maintained by local artists.

I was shocked😳 by the way the water was removed from the floor at the pool. The cleaning ladies take the water from the floor and pull it towards the swimming pool. Of course, that water doesn't just end up in the gutter but also in the pool. It doesn't matter if you're sitting at the edge of the pool. Although I reported this, nothing changed in all the 4 days I stayed.

It was my 4th stay in this location. Eveything looks perfect. The facilities are very nice. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. The location is very close to the beach and to the central pedestrial street. And from the 17th floor the view towards the seaside and the town is simply amazing!

I've specified in my reservation I wanted to book Apartment Deluxe 1701, but I have received 1706 instead. They are almost the same, but I was used with the other one and each time I went out from the elevator I headed towards 1701 🙈 Almost all the employes who provide the security for the underground parking are very rude... with a few exceptions

The hotel is nice and stylish with everything necessary. The location is perfect - at nice pedestrian street, at a walking distance to the Sea Garden. The room is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and with good modern design. The sea view from the room is fantastic. There is a great variety at breakfast. Restaurant "A la Carte" is very good option for lunch and dinner with excellent food at reasonable prices. Cake Burgas is amazing. Last, but not least, the staff is kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out are very quick.
