Located exactly in the center but same time it’s calm around. Hotel in general is not new but can say that in general it’s clean and maintained. Breakfast is simple but you will be not hungry. In short - hotel is good value for money which are reasonable even despite of summer - not more not less.

If need parking guess during booking the room it would be better to book the parking slot as well (20 Lev per day), because there re not many options due to central location of the hotel.

The rooms and cleanliness of the hotel were of an acceptable standard. Unfortunately the wifi in the room was quite poor - I would not recommend setting to work in this property. Location great, staff very friendly and unobtrusive, breakfasts very tasty, fresh and in a pleasant establishment.

The number of towels in the bathroom: there were only two large and two small towels (one of each kind per person) in a double room and the towels were very thin. My suggestion for the hotel is to plan to leave at least two towels per person (two small and two large) per one night stay.

I had stayed in the hotel years ago, before its renovation. I was very happy to visit it following the renovations, it looks great, very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, and the staff has been super helpful as always, and nice to my son.

Excellent hospitality by all people working at the hotel. Smiling, helpful and professional. The location is ideal and the ability to park outside of the hotel is very convenient. Quiet place but also very close to the central area. The sea garden and beach are within walkable distance. Well equipped room.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. During our stay the cleaninglady had made a towel-swan to delight of my little daughter (and myself ;) ). Breakfaststaff was also friendly, there was enough variety. The vicinity to both the railwaystation and the 'Ramblas' (main tourist street) of Burgas was ideal for us.

The light in the bathroom was a bit funny (blue) and not very bright. There wasn't a drying-rack or something available in the room to put beachstuffs to dry.

the room was good, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. the shower was not big (solo traveller) , but was clean and nice. in the room there wasn't bathroom- just shower breakfast - there are few options and you choose one option. hotel is located in good area, silent and peaceful, near bus station and train station positive attitude and friendly staff, very good hotel, excellent hospitality

Fantastic location very close to city centre, train and bus station and 10 minute walk from the beach, beautiful, spacious suite and view, bathtub, restaurant on the top floor.

The whole stay has to be paid immediately upon arrival at the check in.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Perfect location close to shopping centre. Convenient parking.

It is too hard to reach the parking place, bacause crazy traffic and a lot of cars parked anywhere.....
