Great location for families. no nightclubs nearby. close to beach. Large pool with enough sun loungers so there was no need to get up stupidly early to claim one.

Kids club was basically non existent. Seemed the kitchen ran out of alot of stuff daily For example if you came to breakfast an hour after the service started you had no chance of getting any bread rolls. Nutella for pancakes was always an issue. Watermelon was another thing which you could see the evidence that it had been there but unless you braved the skirmish at the start of lunch you had no hope of getting any. Ice cream only served for 1 hour a day. It's not really what I'd expect as "all inclusive" more a full board experience

The hotel is brand new and modern, just like in the pictures. The room is comfortable, well equipped and clean with a view to the pool, but with closed windows it is really quiet. AC and WiFi were great. There was a wide variety of delicious food for every meal.

Staff members are mostly young students, not all of them seem motivated but they are nice. Unfortunately the majority of the staff do not speak English, and when you tell or ask something they cannot communicate so you are left with your problem. Lack of English knowledge in a hotel in 2023 is sad. We regularly had to wait for a free table in the restaurant for 15-20 minutes. Shower in the room is awful, no edge, so water floods the whole bathroom when you take a shower. These, however, are not serious problems, I would recommend the hotel and planning to return.

We had a great experience. The hotel had a very recent renovation and everything is brand new - including furnishing, mattresses, carpets, towels, tables, chairs at the block table - literally everything. There was plenty or freshly cooked food for every taste. The water in the pools is clean, with no chemical smell - a very shallow one (knee-depth) for small children and the larger one is sloped, up to 1.5m. The staff is highly professional and very nice - including the kid animators. Overall, an amazing stay.

The centre (entertainment possibilities) and the beautiful sea is really close to the hotel. Because of the bustle, I would recommend it to families with children or groups of friends. The staff was doing their best to make guests feel comfortable.

It is not the hotel's mistake. If the prices of the booking were a bit higher, there would be less people who throw much food and drink without thinking out.

The hotel is nice, we've booked apartaments. Huge space, confy beds, clean bathrooms, a small balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise. Good breakfast.

The location is the only minus.

Hotel has only one small elevator, the parking is too small, the cots for children don’t have a mattress, the bathroom was never cleaned with the mop.
