The food and the location were great. The room and the bathroom very big.

The doors did not stay closed (entrance and bathroom). They changed the sheets with a dirty one. One of the pillows did not have a pillowcase. Small things that could easily be avoided.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our 6 days holiday! The rooms are clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need! Food and drinks are varied and so tasty. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and kind, open to help with any request. Stefan, the bartender, deserves a special shout out - his passion and the way he interacted with us for the entire stay, each evening, really made the holiday special. Thank you for everything! We kindly recommend this hotel and we’ll surely have it as first option for returning.

I had a very pleasant stay with my family, the hotel is clean, the staff is super friendly and open to fix any situation. The food is good and diverse. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. The room was clean and smelled nice, big balcony over the pool.

The coffee was the standard hotel coffee you get in Bulgaria, but thats ok. The reception is a bit empty, maybe they could use some plants or something, but again, its not that important considering everything else was great.

We loved our stay ih this hotel. Everything was exceptional! Super clean (room is cleaned daily), friendly stuff, great location. Food was the best ever! Variety od fresh sea food, different kinds od meat, loads od salads, vegetables... There was always something for vegans, baby food. Snack bar on the pool was great too, everything is always freshly cooked/fried. We will recommend this place to everyone!

the property was spotlessly clean, it’s smelt lovely at all times. All communal areas were constantly maintained. staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. our room was fantastic we opted for a superior with a large bed and it was so spacious, airy and the balcony was insane! cleaners came to our room daily to leave fresh towels and generally straighten up the room. although we didn’t join in the entertainment it was lead by two young people that other holiday makers really seem to enjoy. breakfast was the best meal of the day and the pool bar had some great snacks through out the day prepared fresh. I would say this hotel tried its very best to give everyone the holiday they wanted.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like. we felt that the spirit drinks were of low quality. we went out for drinks instead of staying in the hotel for the evening but there is a lot to see in Bulgaria so it didn’t really ruin anything for us.

The best about this hotel were employees. I’ve never experienced such nice, kind, helpful employees before. Food was good for the money, not so much but enough. I really liked that they had allergens listed on every meal. They also provide you gluten fre bread. Food was tasty. Ice cream every lunch, dinner. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach app 5 min, in very silent location, also close to bus stop, everything can be reached in 5 minutes. There were many activities during the day, animation team was perfect. Room was spacious, cleaned every day, however towels were changed every second day. Our balcony door were broken, so it was hard to open/close sometimes. Cleaning lady was very kind.

Evening entertainment less than an hour. It's a family hotel need more for the kids even if it's just music playing. Entertainment team are working from 9am so I don't blame them long shift

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, the all-inclusive service was excellent, and the food was both varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Check-in was quick, and the beach was just a 3-minute walk away. The large pool was perfect for swimming, with always free sunbeds available. We highly recommend this hotel!

The pool was really nice and clean. Food was good, a lot to choose from - ice cream was the cherry on top! Hotel is situated 5 minutes by walk from the beach which was great.

Parking was a little expensive.
